Thanks for at least giving us an opportunity to clean your home. When we run coupons with discount s of about 75%-80%, we specify service areas that the coupon applies. Gainesville isn't one of the service areas for the coupons. You were still interested in using our services after we explained this to you. That's why you were told for this to be possible, you will have to have additional services so that can compensate for the gas and time we were going to use to travel a hour and half away to you. We also adviced you to use a company close to you in Gainesville, and show them the coupon, 9 out of 10 cases, they will match that. That is our small way of going above and beyond for our Angie's List clients.

Description of Work: I had a confirmed appointment not only online but speaking with "owner" for service and they were a no show. When I called the guy told me I was not on the schedule and they would have to come out another day. As I was trying to move into a new home the carpet had to be cleaned before we moved on furniture in. They hired another company to come out and do the job that night. He was there until 11:00 doing the cleaning. I wasted an entire day waiting on this and the carpet still has an odor and some stains have come back but worse. The dispatcher did make the effort to get someone to clean the carpet but it was still a disaster. No follow up calls from management/owner to make sure everything was good.

Description of Work: clean & re stretch carpets in 2 rooms. one person seemed very detail oriented & professional but his partner had to be consistently coached for half a** job (didn't move items to clean thourougly, totally ignored under bed, etc) & I felt like they didn't know how to accept payment. literally wanted me to call the main office for them

Description of Work: We just moved into this house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before the furniture was in the house. They arrived on-time and the carpets look great. We did the 5 rooms for $125 + hall and stairs. The only thing I didn't like was the hard sell to get the protectant in addition to the cleaning.

Thanks for the inviting us into your home to clean. I am glad you liked the cleaning. Our Techs get paid by the hour and not on commission, We let our Techs apply this unique protectant(not scotch guard) in their own homes, that's why they at times get over excited talking about this to our clients. My children 9,7,and 5 year old know about this product, and clean up their own spills with a damp towel without it leaving a stain. We will keep on reminding our Techs not to be pushy introducing this great product.
