Description of Work: Needed a 9x12 rug cleaned. They were very professional...moved all furniture off the rug at pickup, and replaced furniture on rug at delivery. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The service provider suggested an additional service that would need to be done before cleaning the carpets, and that extra service is just too much at this time. But the original deal would be wasted if I don't put on the additional service, so I'll just have to come back to it at a later time. The company was very knowledgeable about their services, I just can't use them at this time. When I decide to go forward with this type of service i do intend to call them back!

Description of Work: Service consultant was argumentative when I asked if he would use his shoe covers when coming into the house because we just had it cleaned. Aside from carpet cleaning, we were having a sofa cleaned, which was located on hardwoods and we were told that he could not clean it unless we had towels to cover the floors. This was never mentioned ahead of time and we had already fully moved out of the house and didn't have towels. The new owners were arriving later that day and we had agreed to clean the sofa (that they purchased from us). Overall very stressful experience when it really didn't need to be with better communication and a service consultant with a better attitude.
