Alex did a great job! He cleaned our carpets, couch, ottoman, and chair.

Very punctual, proficient and professional. Arrived early in the appointment window and did the work in about 45 minutes. The carpet looks great.

Double N Services uses a unique technique where they have this giant cotton scrub brush thing that holds a gallon of water. it looks like the cleaners you see in schools polishing the floors. They don't just spray water and suck it up, the method they use SCRUBS the floors. ALL stains come out. literally ALL. I've seen the worst homes turn out immaculate, even when I was convinced cleaning was a lost cause and we would really need to replace them. When i got a new puppy, they saved my floors that I thought were trashed. They respond IMMEDIATELY. are very punctual and extremely accommodating. I've tried a ton of companies - stanley steamer, zero rez, every coupon imaginable (we clean a lot of homes) and no one compares to double n's product, professionalism, and customer service. everyone I've referred them to loves them as well.

He was punctual and friendly. He worked hard, even getting down on his hands and knees to get the stairs clean. When he was done it looked like we had completely new carpet. I am beyond pleased with the job that was done and would love to recommend this service to everyone. I will never use anyone else.

This was not a deal but a bait and switch scheme! I was charged an extra fee of $69 because I have Berber carpet. I have used ChemDry, Stanley Steemer and other reputable cleaners in the past and have never paid extra for Berber carpet. This was the most expensive carpet cleaning and a total rip-off !!!!!

I paid more than was advertised ... small vanity area counted as a room...I mainly wanted the smell of dirty carpet gone and that was achieved. However, once dried there were still some spots that didn't come up.

I had to contact Angie's list. They returned the money I had paid. No reflection on Angie's list...I will continue to make contacts through them in the future.

Professionalism noted on every job completed for me. Now a total of four times I have used their services.

The technician did not clean my hallway as stated in the advertisement.

Not so well. The guy comes looks at all areas and tell me for master bed room is he going to count it twice. I said the area that needs to be cleaned is less than 200 sq ft. Because I have lot of furniture in my master. He said it doesn't matter. I said what going to cost me now for the 6 area service. So, he asked me my rate and then divides the that by 5 and tell me for additional room it's going to cost me $28. Then he looks starts working. I tell him I want to get another area done. So, he says okay. Then comes back and said its going to cost me $18 for one stain, which I very surprised about but I accepted that. Then after finishing 5 areas he comes and tells me now the other 2 areas are going to $35. So, I said why? He said that's over rate. I hate when ppl do bait and switch. This company is like that. When I called the office it seems like that was his wife who handles calls. She of course going to find reasons of why husband is right. As for the stain it didn't even take him 2 mins to get it out.

DID NOT GO AS WELL...NOR AS SMOOTHLY AS I HOPED. This process didn't go as smoothly or well as I hoped. The installation "looked" great.....however.....upon walking through my bedroom and bath, I discovered that the floor was NOT EVEN. Leading me to believe that the "SUBFLOOR" had NOT been prepared as PROMISED. I called the owner, Norman, and to be honest with you....it could have gone better. I had to ask SEVERAL times for him to come by and see what I was referring to. He stated that he was going to send the "technician" (who barely spoke English and I had a hard time clearly understanding) by....but I insisted that Norman come by and see the work that his "technician" had done and understand what I was referring to. I was REALLY surprised when the owner/Norman told me that he "knew nothing" about installing wood flooring/vinyl flooring....and he pretty much depended on the "technician". I was REALLY getting ****** at this time as I felt like I was getting the "run around"....and it probably was heard in my voice...as I was about done being nice.Honestly....if I had known that...I would NOT have hired this company. I was told in order to "fix" the issue....the flooring (that was JUST installed) would have to be taken up....subfloor SANDED...which meant I would have to MOVE all of that furniture out AGAIN...and put up with my floors being "torn up" for I'm not sure how long. I just told them that I would see if I could put up with it for now....as I did not want to have to take MORE TIME off work...MOVE FURNITURE.....and....put up with more dust and sanding. I was "credited" $100.00.....but my thing is that if you're going to offer a service.....do it right...or don't offer it!!! I need my kitchen flooring done....but will not hire this company to do it. ONLY consolation was that I was told.....if at any time I couldn't deal with the way it was....and wanted to have it corrected....put up with my floor being torn up.....the sanding and dusting....they would come out and fix.....we'll see how well that goes.

Excellent...work was performed by Alex Camarera.....He did an outstanding job. I have had my carpet cleaned regularly for years. This was by far the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done.

I wish I could post a before and after picture. The work performed was outstanding! I own rental properties and I wish I could go back on time and have Double D refinish my other apartment. They replaced quite a few rotten boards and my 100 year old floor looks brand new! Inmate two room apartment there were original old floors in one room and a prefab floors in the other. Very impressed with their work!

What can I say th guys at Double N Services always perform a top notch job for me. They have cleaned the carpets in all of my homes and some of my friends' home based on my recommendation. We all are very pleased with the service and will buy again. As an example, I have a friend who's carpets were so dirty that I just knew they had to be replaced. However, I had them call Double N Services and they made the carpet look like new. I was thouroughly amazed at the results.

Carpets look okay but I wouldn't hire for any additional services...very expensive. Had my chair cleaned but doesn't look like they actually did anything as it is still dirty. Very good with carpets but suspect on anything else. I would say overall experience was avg...good on carpets..bad on anything else. and extras are expensive.

Norman and his team did a great job. They sanded and stain my old hardwood floors and they now look brand new! They were very professional and I could not be happier with the results. I even accidentally scratch one of the floors right after they left and they came back to fix it no charge.

Good. The deodorizing 'extra' only lasted a few days, I wouldn't order that again. Professional, friendly, hard working young man!
