It was fine. I didn't really interact with them all that much. I had just moved into my home and needed to get it done.

They were very good. They sent out one guy for the job. He was very professional and thorough. He was at the home for close to 8 hours. We have used them for years.

The nice lady at the call center was very customer focus and accommodating. It was a pleasant surprise to feel like she actually cared and wanted to help. She had a smile in her voice. The good professional customer service continued when the service technicians call to let me know he was near and through out the visit. He did a good job of explaining my situation and all of my options. I was impressed and you will be also. ,

Will B. (technician) did a great job in replacing the bad capacitor in the AC unit. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and also gave recommendations how to evacuate water from our drain pan and zoning. It's been several years since we last lived in Georgia, but we are in talks to have Assured Comfort to manage our heating and air for the home as we rent it out.

They were okay. They fixed my problem.

Called Assured Comfort this morning and let them know our A/C stopped working yesterday. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, professional and helpful. She was able to provide me a same day service call. Our technician called in advance and was here right at the beginning of our time frame. It was 90 degrees outside today and 80 of them were in our house. I'm sitting in front of the A/C vent right now feeling a whole lot of gratitude for air conditioning :>). Assured Comfort just gained a new permanent customer. It was great to do business with a local, family-owned business and keep our money in our area.

My experience with them was fine. I have been using them before. The quality of the service was fine. I did not have any complaints. They were doing preventative maintenance on my old AC. Then one day I came home and my AC was not working and it was summer. So, I replaced it. Everything was fine. I have no problems.

Assured Comfort did a good job. Gave us multiple options of A/C replacements. My husband was able to research which unit he wanted. Unit was ordered and installed within a week.

Assured Comfort Heating and Air is a great company. They have responded quickly when I've called, and shown up on time every time. They are professional and take the time to explain any issues they find. I will be using them again in the future.

Very professional installation; provided rebate followup, excellent financing.

We asked them for a quote in moving the furnace and just a couple of other things like installing a tankless water heater and the charges were kind of ridiculous. They were on time in coming in.

I have been using Assured Comfort for our annual furnace and air conditioner tune up for two years. So, I was comfortable with the work they perform. I spoke with the sales representative who provided me with several options for replacement of our systems. March tends to be a slow time for this business and they were willing to negotiate a fair price and we scheduled the appointment for instillation. They were prompt in the appointment, very professional and courteous, and reviewed the work completed. They did a great job and the company seems truly committed in providing a great experience for their customers. I would definitely recommend this company.

I made an appointment to fix our heat pump which was not cooling and was running continuously. The serviceman contacted me prior to the appointment and arrived on time. He was a very well trained professional and found the problem quickly. After completion of the work, we discussed replacing the old system as it is 12 years old and has been giving us problems for the last couple of years. He was very thorough inspecting our home to determine the proper HVAC system and found some improvements needed in the old duct work that would help cool/heat all rooms more uniformly. We plan to replace our HVAC next year and Assured Comfort Heating & Air Services will be our first choice.

They changed the filter and made sure the air was working properly. They are very prompt and friendly.

The experience was average but motor blew up two years later and found a local company to replace it again at half the price.

I originally used them because of a coupon with Angie's List so I've used them before. I bought a service for them to come back in the winter and summer to check my stuff. I called them on a Friday when my air conditioner broke and they said they would be here on Tuesday. They came on Tuesday but they were an hour late. Nobody told me they were running late. They said they would be here from 10 am to 2 pm. He didn't show up until 2:55. I asked why he didn't call so I didn't expect him. I was very upset about that. He said they were so busy. They did the job but he was very late. I didn't call anybody for a price comparison so I may do that the next time. He did tell me how much it was going to cost before he did the work. They were experienced and knew what they were doing.

This installation took most of a day. They were careful to clean up and keep carpets, floors protectecd. They very professional and competent. We would definitely use them again and have been using this company for our yearly maintenances.

They evaluated the two furnaces and one AC that I had and immediately suggested eliminating all of them and replacing with one new Furnace/AC combo system for ~$8,700.00. When I said I wasn't prepared to purchase an entire new system, they were willing to just install an additional AC. But at the end of the installation, they HIGHLY SUGGESTED that I install a new furnace as well and offered me a discount on the new furnace. Upon further inspection after their "specialist" came in revealed a part of the old furnace that was burned away and letting CO2 leaking. However, the initial inspection and the installation folks never even found that spot. When the "specialist" came, he simply lifted a hood that was out in the open and easily accessible to reveal the problem spot! So after an initial estimate of $4,200 for only a new brand name AC, I was charged 5,700 for the new AC and new furnace. A request was made 3 weeks later to the company to hook up HVAC registers to the new ceiling tiles. No response. A second request was made 1 week after the first request. No response. A third request was made and they came on time to make the hook-ups for no extra cost.

I have a service contract with them and will use them again in the future.

I called Assured Comfort in the morning, before 9 a.m and left a message. Someone called me back shortly after 9 and said a technician could be out that afternoon, between 1 and 4. At 12:50 they called and said he was en route, and he showed up about 15 minutes later. He then spent over 3 hours going between my outside unit and the blower in the attic trying to figure out what the problem was. I heard him make calls a couple of times, getting advice or suggestions. At one point he said I needed a new capicitor, but I just had a new capicitor put on in November. So at 4:30 he came down and said I needed a new blower motor and he would have to try and get one from a supply store before they closed at 5. He came back about 5:30 and said he didn't make it there in time, so he would go 1st thing in the morning and be at my house by 9 to install it. At 8:50 he called and said he was 10 - 15 minutes away. After about 1 1/2 the new motor is installed and the house is cooling, but I notice I can hear the new motor (in the attic) from even downstairs (in a 2-story house) -- very loud!. So overall, punctuality and promptness from this company is excellent. I'm surprised at how long it took to diagnose and correct the problem, thus the B for professionalism. My understanding is blower motors typically cost between $150 - $250; I was charged $432 for the motor, including installation (there was a separate charge for diagnosing the problem) so cost is average, I think.

They tried to sell me a new unit first. They will sell you what you do not need if you are not careful. Other than the fact that he did not show up, he was very professional.

The tech was knowledgeable and professional, as always. I have used them for years, and I have never had a problem with their techs. He quoted me roughly $1000 to replace the compressor in my old heat pump. Since it was around 10 years old, I decided to consider replacing the heat pump. He charged me for the service call and said he would ask Jerry (the owner) to contact me on Monday about buying a new unit. I took the afternoon off from work to meet Jerry on Monday. From the moment he got there, I frankly felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. After sticking his head up into my attic, he noticed that the old heat pump was not the same brand as the air handler (which was the original one from the construction of the house about three year prior to installing the current heat pump). He announced that this was why the compressor had blown on my heat pump. When I asked him for an explanation, said something vague about the coils. When I pressed for a better explanation, he said that the air handler was a lower seer rating than the heat pump and blamed it on the inefficiency of the air handler. A couple of hours later (he was at my house for 3 hours), he said something to indicate that the seer rating was assigned to the heat pump and air handler working together, so the air handler really did not have a seer rating of its own. When I pointed out the contradiction from her earlier sales pitch for a new air handler, he was never able to reconcile the two. At the time, I was looking at replacing only the heat pump. He insisted that I needed to replace both, but his reasoning went back to efficency. I later read online (and was told by other technicians) that the new equipment uses different coolant than my existing air handler, so I would have to replace both. Jerry never mentioned that in his sales pitch. If he had given a legitimate technical reason that the air handler would have to be replaced, it would have made a much better impression all around. He also quoted me $600 extra for replacing the line set, and $1300 extra for adding insulation and additional ducts. When I felt that his prices were more than I wanted to spend, he gradually started coming down on the pricing, as if we were negotiating on a car. He had been trying to sell me a Lennox system, and I asked about Amana which hs also sells. He started telling me what a bad company Amana was, which made me wonder why he sells them if they are that bad. At one point, I told him that I might just fix the old heat pump after all, and he started back pedaling on the quote I had received from the tech on Saturday for replacing the dead compressor. All this left me with the impression that he was playing games with me, so I decided to talk to other companies. In the end, I went with someone else. Jerry made such a bad impression on my that day, that in the future, I will be using the company who installed my new system. If I don't trust the owner of the business, I won't use them, and I cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Their response time was good. They did a good job.

From my first call to Assured Comfort years ago, they've remained one of the most straight-forward, customer-oriented home service companies I've found. They're always a pleasure to deal with -- from the friendly office staff who answer the phone with a smile to the extremely efficient installation team who took the time to explain the new system in great detail, every employee has treated me with respect and courtesy. I've recommended them to several other people and will continue to do so.
