Great experience, professional, and honest.

I was heavily overcharged for work that was done on my AC. The technician would not give me a straight answer on the part and why it was so expensive. It took him 10 min to put the part in and only after he was done did I get the part information. I asked why it was so expensive, no answer. I checked online the part is around $20 and took 10 min to put in. I was charged $218 (the rest of the charge was for putting 1lb of freon in). I contacted the customer service mgr, no response. Contacted corporate office, no response. The catch is if you don't get the repair done with them they will charge $79 for the service fee so they kind of have you over a barrel, especially if they won't tell you the exact part name/info when you ask. Very unprofessional and unethical. Will report to the Better Business Bureau.

The plumber, Aaron, arrived right on time, he was polite and professional and explained every step of what he was doing. He cleaned up the work area better than it had been when he got there. He did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the job he did.

Ian was my contractor. He was very professional, straightforward, and did his best to be fair on the pricing. However, I still felt the price was high, but they do guarantee their work.

Assured is the first provider to get it right on these units. They have provided a couple of annual tune ups as well as performing this repair. Their technicians are always very knowledgeable and when they do need help they have technical resources they can draw upon. We are very happy with Assured and will continue to use them.

I discovered on a Friday night at 5 pm that my furnace was not working. I did some quick research for a 24 hour service company in my area and found Assured Comfort in Winston, Ga. I made the call and spoke to the office and a service technician called me within 30 minutes and arrived at my house within 2 hours of my call.The service technician that came on Friday was very good and showed me the problem and the repair needed and I agreed there would have to be a replacement of a 20 year old construction grade unit. I was contacted on Saturday by the sales person and we set Monday morning to discuss a new unit. He arrived exactly on time and was very efficient in showing me the problem, discussing and explaining my options for units and payment methods. He had a wonderful notebook with information about the company, the installers, product information and other data that confirmed the info from my initial research. I never felt pressured or rushed or that I was getting a sales pitch. We set the next day as installation day and that was confirmed within minutes of his leaving with a call from the scheduler. The 2 installers were due to arrive by ten and called about 9 to say they would be late but would be there by 11 and they were. Installation was done efficiently and quietly and faster than I expected. They were finished by 4. I was shown everything including how to set the new thermostat. All debris was completely cleaned up and removed. These men were very polite and professional. I am very impressed with this company!

They have always been great! They are very professional, friendly, and always come when they say they will. They always go the extra mile. Their pricing is very comparable and maybe even a little better than the average. I have been with them on a yearly contract for 3-4 years if not more.

We've had maintenance contracts with them for a while. I wouldn't say they are cheap, but the quality is good. Pricing is really the only thing they could improve upon, but they do provide good customer service.

There were a few issues after they installed it. The equipment is functioning well, but I wasn't entirely happy with the install. They have been very prompt with coming back out though. They were good with handling that.

They are great! They came out initially to see what the problem was the same day I called, a Friday. They came out that following Monday to replace the unit. They are a little more expensive, but it’s worth it for the quality.

The new unit was around $4,000. I have been using them for years and they are great! When I moved to Atlanta, they were recommend to me by a Realtor. They are always professional: on the phone and in person. They send you an email the day before they come with a picture of the technician who will be coming out and some information about him.

It turned out fine. They completed within the time frame they had promised. The guys were very personable. You could talk to them easily and they kept me abreast of what was happening.
