Both the salesman (Jeff Wiggins) and the repairman were very professional, punctual and informative. We are please with the results and are using them again for a bigger fence job and possibly another.

Never showed for our scheduled appointment or returned any of my calls to reschedule.

It is the second time I am using them and the first time I got them from Angie’s List. The installation people are very hard working. They just get on to the job and they don’t party all the time. They draw a very accurate map of what they are going to do so when you get a quote from them you also have a map of the area they are going to install the fence and in our case it was two types of fence so which fence was going to go where and we had several gates and they clearly marked where the gates were and the quote gives you a full description of what they are going to do so there are no surprises and you have got their quote, you know exactly what they are going to do and if they have questions they ask and if you ask them for any minor changes they are willing to consider them and if it is feasible for them to do, they will do them.

We had been given a reference from a friend and also had checked on Angie's. Larry Winkelvoss came out and gave an estimate. He is very professional and comfortable to work with. Ted was the crew chief. Ted and his crew did an exceptional job, everything Larry had said they would do. I am very picky about things being level. My fence is perfect( not easy with a split rail) and the new fence between the two houses looks a hundred times better than the first one. Very, very pleased.

When my husband brought Clara home, I knew we had to do something pretty quickly! Clara is a Bernese Mountain Dog/German Shepherd mix. At 10 weeks old she already weighed 26 pounds. You could watch her grow and the current fence, while sufficient to contain our 2 Boston Terriers, would not contain Clara for long! The "famous" (if you read all the reviews) Larry came within several days of my call and the fence was installed shortly thereafter. We went with a 5 foot black chain link and, while it is handsome in itself, it actually almost vanishes into the landscaping. It was a great suggestion! The crew was personable, professional, prompt and efficient. Old fencing was taken down and away and the new fence was up -- all in less than 48 hours. During that process one of our adjacent neighbors called as she had a old driveway gate that attached to our old fence. They wanted a new gate. I gave them Larry's phone number and he helped make that happen right then and there as part of our project. That is GREAT customer service! Alllied Fence did a wonderful job for us and we will certainly use them in the future. By the way, Clara is now 5 months old and weighs in at 60 pounds. She's "gonna be a BIG one"!!

I was very impressed with the fence installation. It is beautiful and turned out much better than I had envisioned. It smells good too. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Larry was easy to work with and listened to my concerns/ideas. The installers did a wonderful job and left my property clean. They even called about a few questionable wires that weren't marked by the locators. I would definitely use Allied again. Quality work.

The entire project was a refreshing reminder of how service and work was done in the "old days". From the onset, Larry, Allied's Project Manager, was courteous, professional, and on time. Although a drizzly day, Larry did not rush in determining our needs, discussing options, and reviewing the project. He was very prompt in providing an onsite estimate for the work without applying any pressure for an immediate decision. Later in the day we reviewed all our quotes and made the decision to go with Allied. Larry promptly returned to complete the necessary paperwork, and put the project into motion. I was surprised how quickly the locators showed up to mark the underground utilities, and even more so when Larry called to advise that installation would begin the following Monday. When Monday arrived, it was raining, again..., so I called Allied to inquire about the revised schedule, but the schedule was not revised, and as promised the installers shortly arrived. Following a brief review of the project they wasted no time getting to work. The crew consist of 3 men and they definitely worked as a team. Within a few hours materials were unloaded and laid out, holes dug, concrete mixed, all the posts set, the work area cleaned, and they were gone. The following day the crew arrived earlier, laid out the rails and fencing, and went right to work. Again they worked efficiently and took time and care to provide a quality product. I was especially pleased that they accommodated my two curious dogs that would periodically show up to inspect the progress. Before the afternoon was over, the work was complete, everything cleaned up, and the crew gone. Now was my time to really look over the job. Although I hadn't made a big deal about it, I'm very picky about my own work and of the work folks do for me. My family and friends say I'm a perfectionist... Well, I did go over the job, and this is what I found: All the posts were plumb, sturdy, and set in concrete. The fence was taught and well strapped to the posts, top rails, and bottom tension wire that was also pulled tight. I had concerns about the uneven ground, but found the fence trenched in at the high spots, and that additional fencing was installed to fill the low spots. All of the gates were level and operate smoothly. The yard was free of any debris or trash of any kind. Could it get any better? I guess so for to top it all off, I asked about payment and Allied is going to send me the bill. Like I said, just like business of old. I am glad we chose Allied for this project, and based on this experience strongly recommend the company for their professionalism and excellent work. I will definitely call on them in the future if the need arises. A+++ in my book. Thanks to all!

Jeff Wiggins provided the quote and the work was done within time frame and budget specified. Excellent work. Price was also more affordable than the other companies that provided quotes.

They did this real awesome thing where they went with the grade of the land on the bottom of the fence so that the top of the fence was still level so that it does not go off at a weird angle away from the house. Basically I drew them a picture and told them what I wanted and they did it. They are very informative and they can tell you all about the different types of wood that they use and they also use chain link. They also give pictures of the jobs they have done so that if you don’t know the names of certain types of fence you can go through and find it in their catalog. It is a picture book of all the jobs and you can see what it actually looked like and they tell about the different kinds of woods so that you would know what to use in your area and how it is going to age and the thickness of the wood and how it would stand every time, whether the wood would rot and whether termites would get to it that kind of things. I thought they were pretty good with price and they were less expensive than some but they weren’t more expensive than anybody else. Their warranties and everything that I heard when I checked with Better Business Bureau they were right on point. I like that about them and they have been in business for a very long time. They did not ask for money upfront, they did not ask for money until; the job was done to your satisfaction which was nice. As for their quality of their job, it is amazing and we got a lot of compliments for it. They were very punctual and they got the job done exactly the amount of time they said they would, actually they finished it ½ a day early. I have recommended them to other people also.

Service performed just as described. I had to clarify that they would haul away old debris but they did and the yard was left looking very neat. The husband would normally prefer to do this himself, but was very pleased to come home and see the job already completed to his standards. They were professional and efficient . I gave them a B in punctuality because they came later in the afternoon when I just expected them that day. A phone call would have been nice as I had to phone them to see if they were still coming. They did and apologized for not letting me know in advance. In all fairness the rain every day probably slowed them down on prior jobs.Would use them again. The price was competitive with the average rates in the area. Not cheap, not overpriced, but fair.

The work went very well, I was pleased with the services. They told me it would take two days and that's all it took. They didn't destroy any of my shrubbery which I really appreciated.

I was in desperate need of a fence around the back yard to keep my dogs in and the neighborhood dogs out. Allied Fence was wonderful! They called the same day that I left a message and scheduled an estimate date to view the yard rather quickly. They came out and met with me and we discussed possible options. They did not try to sell me other goods that I did not need. I appreciated that. They understood my urgency and completed the work about a week after the initial quote was done. The review of the costs and the installation was exactly what we expected and there were no hidden surprises.

I was completely satisfied with the process. I ultimately chose another company because it offered me several grades of fence quality and so I felt, for the same price, I had a better sense of the product I was choosing.

I contacted them because they good rating on Angie list. I liked their suggestions on design, fair price and very satisfied with installation.

They came out to do an survey and give me a price. Then I called and took care of all the paper over email. Then did the work while I was at work and came home to a great looking fence!!

When we bought our house it had an existing fence but for some reason it had a 35' section missing. We are about to get a new dog and needed the fence finished immediately. I called Allied Fence on 10/26 to schedule an estimate. Larry Winkelvoss came to our house on 10/30 to give the estimate. He was on time, professional and very friendly. We discussed a couple of different options, including replacing the existing Pine fence with Cedar, but with price and time being an issue for us we went with just the 35' section. Allied took care of everything including calling the utilities. I told Larry I needed the fence within the week and sure enough on Monday 11/5 they showed up to install! The installation guys were also great! On time, professional and also very friendly. They completed the fence in about 5 hours and left the area where they were working very clean. The fence looks great and I would definitley recommend Allied Fence to my friends and neighbors!
