This company is a bunch of con artists and liars. They didn’t build the fence to city code and refuse to stand by their work. They continue to lie about the interaction and blame me for their mistake. I gave them the permit and they chose to build in violation, now I am going to have to pay a different company to fix because they refuse to stand by their work! Todd is a complete liar and a coward!

Be very wary of this company's business ethics. Allied installed two short sections of fence at my home. The installer used a post drilling machine to dig the post holes (instead of a shovel). One of the holes was drilled 6 inches from a (very visible) irrigation valve cover causing $500 in damage (see picture of damage) to our irrigation system. I have offered to pay them $2,500 of the $3,000 invoice. Allied's owner (Todd Edlin) maintains that Allied is not responsible for their worker's negligence and refuse to pay for the damages. Allied is threatening to lien our property rather than acknowledge their installation mistakes and make us whole. There are lots of fence companies out there, you should choose one that's honest.

I wanted to take the time to come on and write a 5- star review because I had a really great experience with Allied Fence, in particular Larry! I had a unique job, and was looking for a fence that was aesthetically pleasing and also secure from coyotes because we have an issue with them on our property, and I wanted to protect my small dogs. I didn’t even know where to begin. I had another company out first to quote us the job, and they were useless in advising me on those things. I wasn’t sure what type of fence would be right. Working with Larry with Allied, on the contrary, was amazing. He is a passionate worker and truly wanted to help me get the best fence for the purpose and also look nice. He advised me toward a regular 6’ cedar fence with coyote rollers along the top, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! There were some bumps along the way, later on, because the fence dried over the following months and the coyote rollers needed maintenance and some bolts needed to be tightened. Some brackets also needed to be replaced with longer ones to make the rollers fully functional after the fence had dried and moved. That being said, I called Larry and Allied sent a crew out THREE more times to fix every little thing, and now it’s perfect! No extra charge for the added labor. They stand by the quality of their work. My thanks to Larry and the Allied team!

Services cake quickly and efficiently. Their prices are fair and work was as promised prompt and cleaned up. Highly recommend

I submitted a request on the Home Depot website to get an estimate to have a fence install. A day later I got a call from John, the 1st time I missed his call but he left a message and followed-up with an email. So, I email right back and called him back but couldn't reach him so I left a message, he never returned my call. Guess I should have taken that as a sign, even so 1 day later I called John again for the last time and he answered, scheduled an appointment to come-out and provide an estimate. On the day that John or someone should have come out to do my estimate, no one showed up nor called. The appointment window time had passed I called John got his voicemail, left a message and to date never got a call back from John nor no one from this company. This response is bad customer service and a sign of bad business I would not recommend this vendor at all. I don't even want to do business with them anymore.

Great job, very professional. Time, Date,Cost completed as promised. His bid was reasonable..

The guy that gave an appraisal is a liar

Wonderful, they give me what I wanted with a very reasonable price.

John missed the first appointment because he said his team wrote down the wrote Atlanta zip code -- even though my street does not show up anywhere else on Google Maps in Atlanta. He rescheduled for Monday morning and did not show up. He called 1.5 hours after our scheduled appointment to see if he could come out. Needless to say, I passed. If you are unable to make pre-sale appointments, I am weary of your ability to actually complete the project.

I was house sitting for my daughter for a few weeks and wanted to fence in a portion of her yard for her dog. She has an extremely large wooded property and likes the wildlife that wanders into the yard so didn't want the entire yard fenced but I convinced her to let me fence a portion of it so her dog would have a place to run and play. I had a very limited timeline to get the fence put in before I had to return to Florida. John from the Lawrenceville office worked diligently to ensure we could get it done, even though there were many delays because of the weather. He understood my timeline and made sure it was installed before I had to leave.

Allied was extremely professional. From the start, our PM Jeff was extremely helpful in making sure we were happy with what we were getting. A few other highlights - We had all new landscaping and they were careful when working around. Recommended someone to stain that did a fantastic job. All around high-quality product. May not be the least expensive, but if you are looking for something that will add value to your home, it is certainly worth it.

The guy John came right over and did a great job. I liked him and trusted him and hired him on the spot.

They kept postponing the job because of weather which is understandable. The first day we ran into a lot line issue with the neighbors (we had submitted a plot to Allied before they started). We got that cleared up the next morning however it took 2 weeks for them to come complete the work. The work that was done was horrible. It seemed like the guys first time putting up a fence. Allied agreed the work was sub-par and put us on the schedule to have it corrected. They sent Wayne to basically rebuild the whole thing. Wayne is the man and made everything look amazing. He ripped out the "old" fence and rebuilt a perfect one.

Good. Completed almost as planned. Except, did not put one side gate where agreed. When i called about it they never responded.

It was great! They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. They built the fence strong and exactly as we wanted. The fence is beautiful, and we love it. An excellent crew. Thank you!

The estimator was on time, but sat in his car for 15 minutes with my standing outside his door completing ignoring my presence. Immediately and throughout the estimation process he boasted, bragged and carried on about how they were "the best fence company in all of Georgia, you won't find anyone who can build a fence better than we can." He refused to do the work of clearing the fence line, we are talking .25" scattered scrub brush here folks and one pile of debris our backdoor neighbor had thrown over the fence. He claimed that clearing the fence line was above the "skill level of his men" and that his men would be "offended to do manual labor." Um, I thought fence building was manual labor? We have built all of our previous fences and were only looking for a contractor this time around for the sake of time. We just don't have the time to do it ourselves. Anyhow, after telling me they would clear the line but that it would cost a lot of money I asked how much money would it take or are you telling me that your guys simply won't do it. He once again told me they were the best fence company in all of Georgia and they don't clear the fence line. No one can build a fence better than us. I told him, "I can. I can build a fence better than you and you can leave. We are done here." It took my husband, three children and I all of 2 hours to completely clean the fence line. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Called Allied Fence, O.W. (Rusty) Rust came to review our request, he told us that he will provide us with a quote the next day, which he did not, I called him back and received the quote. I send him an email to tell him that I will be back to him as I was getting other quotes and needed approval form our HOA. A month later a called Rusty back to check when he will be able to come back because the HOA did not approve my submission. Rusty told me that he will call me this before the end of the week or the next Monday, this was two weeks ago. So I will be doing business with another company.

Poorly, The field rep did not remember the appointment and then when I called/texted, he needed to push out several days. I expressed my frustration and there was no effort to resolve.

The work was done well and completed in the estimated time frame. A few adjustments needed to be made due to topography and the crew handled it with no problems. Good experience.

Work was done to our specifications. When the crew initially arrived they brought the wrong fence material but left immediately and returned with the correct materials and work was completed that day as had originally been promised.

Allied was prompt in providing a quote and assistance in securing a permit through a third party. We live in the city of Atlanta and Jeff was very knowledgeable of the city codes (there are a lot of them) and what we would need to do to be compliant. They were great in communicating and working with us on timing of the permit and actual assembly of the fence. We were pleased with the final product! Jeff Wiggins, Zack and his team were excellent! I would recommend them over and over again!

A representative from the company quickly returned my request for a quote and came out to measure my property. He brought lots of photos and ideas, but did not rush or pressure me into a decision (he actually offered some cost-saving alternatives). The on-site manager kept me informed of the installation progress and the finished product is just awesome. I'm very pleased with my experience with Allied Fence.

I asked Home Depot for a fence quote and they sent me these guys. As soon as he walked into the house, he informed me that Allied does not use Home Depot's stock and started selling me on composite fence. Never asked what I wanted, didn't measure, just went right into a sales pitch. After about 5 minutes of this, I asked him to measure the yard and give me options with costs. I would make my decision on material after I know the costs. He would not stop, just kept selling me on composite. I had to order him to go out and measure, he just would not relent. I'm pretty sure they sent me a used car salesman on his first day selling fences. I will not be doing business with Allied and now think much less of Home Depot.

Things went well. They were on time and did a good job.
