I called the company and they provided a quote of $125 to reattach the lift cables and rewind the spring on the garage door at a rental property I own. The company owner, Tim, said that his crews were fully booked that day but could come out first thing the next morning. I needed the repair done the same day. The owner then volunteered to meet me at the property that afternoon and make the repair himself. Although the quote I asked for only covered connecting the lift cables and rewinding the spring, he also diagnosed and corrected the cause of the door failure (a bolt had worked loose). He also lubricated/ went over the full door and then did the same for the other garage door for no extra charge. I am completely happy with the service provided. It was a very good value for the price charged and I appreciate that he didn't try and upsell me anything extra. I will absolutely use them next time one of my properties or my home needs work on a garage door.

The repairman came to my home and inspected the springs that had broken. He explained that the springs would need to be replaced and offered me the options of replacement type springs. After deciding on the type of springs I wanted, he left to pick up the springs and returned promptly to install the springs. He was very courteous and professional as well as patient in explaining all of my questions. He installed the new springs very quickly and the cost was reasonable

T & D is aka Wellsprung Overhead Doors. Dustin came out the same day I called the company. He diagnosed our problem and said that he would need to get the parts necessary to make the repair and return. When he had not returned after 2 hours, I called the company for an update. They explained that he had the parts and was on his way back to my home. He arrived soon after and was able to make the repair in about 30 minutes. Dustin was very upbeat and polite and even whistled the whole time he was working. Who does that these days? I would use this company again with confidence.

He does great work. He came very quickly to service our garage door because we were not being able to get in and out of the garage. He fixed it very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and does great work. He is reasonably priced.
