10 stars if I could! Dustin was so professional & friendly (and prompt!) when reaching out and had his crew out quickly for our garage door needs! Will recommend to all my family & friends!

They came within the time estimated and were friendly and professional. Both torsion springs were replaced. In less than 30 minutes our garage door was once again running perfectly! Very reasonably and affordably priced. We are happy with this company and owner and will call Wellsprung Overhead Doors if ever needed again.

Truly exceptional!!! I gave him a call around 9pm and he called me back immediately and scheduled repair work for next day. They came sharp at the planned time and took care of it the best possible way. Very professional, value for time and reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Excellently. They came out within a few hours of calling and were able to match the panel very well and had the whole project done in about an hour. Not only did they adjust and secure up the rest of the door, they even did the same to my other (non-broken) garage door to the extent they saw a potential problem and remedied it before it became a big problem. All this was done as a courtesy. Excellent job and I would recommend and rehire in an instant.

Left a message for Dustin on Sunday expecting to get a call back first thing Monday. He called back within an hour and said he'd be glad to swing by on his way home to help me get my wife's car out of the garage so she wouldn't be trapped until he could get back with the spring on Monday. Dustin sent Justin by Monday morning and he had the work done in about 45min. I am extremely satisfied with the response, service, and friendliness of Wellsprung Overhead Door and definitely recommend them to anyone seeking Garage Door work or repair.

Fantastic. The door works great and is quiet, my new remotes are a fraction of the size of the old ones. The keypad means I don't ever have to go back in the house to open the door again and here, I thought that was an expensive upgrade. The panel was just cosmetic and he explained why it was coming loose and showed my how to fix it if it happens again. Explained the noise was caused by the entire thing needing lubrication and showed me where to lubein the future. He was totally honest and did excellent work for a fair price.

The quote process was simple he gave me all the options with pros and cons. I felt very informed during the buying process. He was able to take a look at my situation and understand it in minutes. I felt so good about his quote that I did not shop around. The install process went just a s smooth as the quote process. They removed the old system and installed the new doors with lifters. It all looks so much better, They really know what they are doing. I have never meet a better group of people to work with. I would recommend them to friends and family.

A pole that was connected to the garage door opener and the ceiling had fell off the ceiling. My car was stuck inside the garage until this was fixed. The provider returned my call within 5 minutes and came to fix it within 2-3 hours. He was very professional and the problem was fixed quickly. He made sure it was installed properly to make sure it did not occur again.

I had tried to replace the bottom roller. Don't recommend anyone try this!! This caused the door to go off track. He was very professional. Came to help the same day even though it was late. He had to rework the cables, adjust the tracks, replace the bottom rollers on both sides of the door, and readjust the spring tension. After doing all that, he also completely tightened everything and lubricated all hinges and springs. This is a very conscientious small businessman.

Excellent!! I was able to arrange same day repair. Dustin arrived at the desiginated time, replaced springs, tightened all bolts on the door and lubricated everything. I've tenatively arranged for him to return and repair my basement boat door as well.Could not have been a better experience.
