I was not present, but my wife was and said the couple (the Tapps) were courteous and professional. They fixed a shower in my bonus room that I had not been able use since the house was built 10 years ago. ( I was afraid it was going to be an expensive fix). But they found the simple problem and quickly repaired it.

Renee and Joe got off to a great start by arriving on time, slightly early actually. They were professional, very friendly, and so easy to work with. I showed them the evidence of leaks I was concerned about, and they asked a lot of questions and throughly examined everything that was accessible. They felt the damage I was seeing was the result of old leaks that had been fixed earlier, and suggested that I wait and see if it gets worse, rather than paying them to rip up floors and ceilings only to find nothing wrong. I appreciated this conservative approach - I know there are other plumbers who would have been more than happy to take my money. We were having problems with one toilet, which could have been fixed, but since it was half the cost of replacing the toilet and we weren't happy with it anyway (an older low-flow model that often needed to be flushed two or three times), I opted to get a new toilet. Joe and Renee came out the next day to install it, again arriving right on time. They also cleaned up every last bit of dirt and dust from the job. Renee and Joe will be our plumbers from now on - they know what they are doing, very professional yet friendly, their pricing is reasonable, and they are simply a pleasure to work with. To anyone reading this review - call them, you'd be crazy not to!

I called Tapp after seeing other positive reviews. They were EXCELLENT. It is hard to find this high level of customer service these days! Renee was amazing on the phone with setting an appointment for me despite the short notice. She and her husband Joe arrived at the exact appointment time and went right to work. They were extremely professional in the way they did their work and by the time they left, I felt like I had made two new friends!! Tapp will be my plumber from now on and I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I was pleased with the price that they charged for the last job. They do extremely good work. I have never had to call them back to work on anything once they get the job done. They are extremely professional. They are prompt. They show up and fix the problem. It’s also fixed correctly and done according to my satisfaction. I don’t have any complaints about them at all. I would use their services in the future too.

We found a slow leak in our master bedroom. Of course, we were concerned that it would turn out to be a major and costly repair. After calling a few companies for in-person estimates, we decided to use T.A.P.P. I am thrilled to say that we could not have had better service! From the in-home estimate to the completed repair, we were extremely impressed with Joe and Renee's professionalism and courteousness! Joe and Renee took the time to look for all possible repair options, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each one. What impressed us most was their expert knowledge and their willingness to carefully walk through every step of the repair process. Additionally, they sought the best repair option with the least amount of disruption to our home, and --best of all--the least costly. Joe and Renee, thanks so much for your excellent, high-quality work, and wonderful attitude! If we have any other plumbing requests or repairs, we're calling you!

They were incredible. They came right out and fixed my problem immediately. They were very reasonable in price.

Joe and Renee did a fabulous job! They were very responsive to my inquiry and scheduling the appointment. Renee called the day before to remind me of the appointment and confirm the time they would arrive They arrived on time, spent time understanding the issues I was experiencing with the various plumbing fixtures, and developed a gameplan with how to troubleshoot and address each one before getting to work to address them all. Thoughout the process they did a great job communicating what they were doing and spent time educating me on each fix and future maintenance ideas. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their timliness (despite the poor weather on the date of their visit), their focus on education, their attention to detail, and their desire to perform high-quality work. It was obvious they are very knowledgable and really enjoy what they do. In addition, their pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quantity of work that was performed. As long as Joe and Renee are in business, I will never use anyone else!
