The company worked with my schedule. The entire team was very professional and did an awesome job on the repairs. The plumber brought areas of improvement to my attention as a homeowner. I appreciate the knowledge. Friendly staff and would highly recommend this company.

These guys know what customer service is all about! Had a pin hole leak in a line about an inch above the slab. After looking at the job Phillip informed me it would be necessary to bust the slab to repair it and it would be about a $1300 repair! However, he gave me some ideas on how to repair it myself and didn't charge me a dime! Turns out the repair worked. No service call charge! Most companies would have just taken my money! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Joe and Renee arrived promptly and quickly went to work. First they wanted to determine if the toilet really needed to be replaced or if it could possibly be repaired instead. Upon inspection, it was found that the tank had cracked and the toilet indeed needed replacing. They worked methodically as a team, while explaining the process. The new American Standard toilet works fantastically. Having finished that portion of the job, they tested my kitchen drain and found the issue quickly to unclog and it is now flowing freely. Fantastic experience with these wonderful people. I highly recommend Tapp Plumbing for any plumbing issue you may have.

I called Tapp Plumbing this past Monday morning. They scheduled a visit that afternoon. Although they were running late, they called ahead and let me know when to expect them. Joe and Renee arrived in neat uniforms and got right to the task. From the start they put me at ease and explained everything they were going to do. Joe found a problematic shut-off valve that was leaking. After he fixed it, he got his small camera and looked in back of the wall near the sink. He did not find anything. The next morning I looked under the dishwasher and discovered water pooling. I called Renee and she set me up for an appointment today. They arrived on time and again, got right to the task. Joe had to cut the sheetrock behind the kitchen sink. He took time to remove the moulding and neatly cut out a section of the wall. He found the leak and expertly fix the problem. They cleaned up after the work and the price was very reasonable. Joe and Renee make a wonderful team. They are very personable and put you at ease during a stressful time.

I've had them for several times. They're the nicest people I've ever met in my life. They did fabulous work. If I need anybody like electrician, I'll just ask them. They also came to my house at 6:00 one morning when I had a flood. They're the best people I've worked with.

Arrived on time, checked the problem, diagnosed it, gave me an estimate for the replacement part and labor. I expected it to be high, and I did not bother to haggle. Fifty for the part and a hundred for labor. OK. What I am going to do, fix it myself? Pleasant disposition. Shower fixed!

They came highly recommended from someone. I called them early this morning and left a message. They came out immediately. I'd give them all A+'s!

I called Renee of TAPP Plumbing at 7: 30 in the morning. She could not have been more engaging. We talked about appointment options, then she stated that if she could complete a planned job, she would try to get to me that afternoon. At 3:30, I got a call stating she was on her way. I WAS AMAZED. They came in and fixed the shower handle. They had to put in a little more effort for the faucet. Joe was so patient; he kept working with it until it was working perfectly. Afterwards, they checked my water pressure, fixed my exterior water faucets, and looked at my water heater. They gave me suggestions on my water pressure, and showed me how to turn off my water to the house.(Yes, I know I should have already known how to do it, but...). When they were about to leave, Renee and I hugged each other, it was like a good friend had just come over for a visit. So I end this with my new motto: "IF YOU THINK PLUMBERS DESERVE A BAD RAPP; YOU HAVE NOT CALLED TAPP!" Call them; they are the BEST!!!!

Renee and Joe did a fabulous job and even wanted me to see the results through their camera system. I was very impressed with their professionalism and they left my house in great condition and cleaned up after all the work was completed. They are now on our referral list for all of our clients! Tapp Plumbing is the best! I had a leak in the handle of my kitchen sink faucet. After calling a different plumber who not only could not repair the problem but made it worse, I call Tapp Plumbing . They repaired the problem in 15 minutes and because it was so easy they cut the service call fee in half! These people are very professional and know what they are doing . I will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

These guys are great!! This is the second time I have used them (once to replace some leaky fixtures) and both times they have been responsive, prompt and professional. You don't have to mortgage your home for the repairs and you do not have to call them back to fix what they fixed. Very nice and personable. I will not use anyone else and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work!

They replaced the parts inside the toilet tank and installed a new showerhead. They also went to my daughter's home on a call the same day. There, they replaced two hot water tank elements and two thermostats. Mrs. Tapp also made some adjustments to the toilet tank parts that my daughter had installed herself. She replaced the flap also. The charge at my daughter's home was $275.00. I would definitely use them again. And will, when I am ready to replace my bathroom faucets and my kitchen sink.

They were professional from the start--scheduling the appointment through completion of the job. They were prompt, thorough, efficient, and did an excellent job. They are honest and trustworthy. I had another company out through my home warranty company that told me my pipes were filled with roots, showed me a distorted picture, and said my front lawn needed to be dug up and the main pipe replaced. They also told me I needed my main drain pipe within the basement moved from one place to another location. None of these repairs were necessary!!! I am so grateful that I was referred by a colleague to a company with such a high level of expertise, honesty, and integrity.

Joe and Renee arrived a couple of minutes before their scheduled time and got right to work. They asked about the issues, then looked at the kitchen faucet and toilet to make their diagnosis. The kitchen sink taps were taken apart and Joe determined the cartridges needed replacing. Renee worked on the toilet and determined there were no leaks or seal issues. She saw that a tube was pushed too far down and that it would cause the toilet to run, so she pulled it up and that fixed the problem. Last, they snaked the drain in the bathroom and cleaned it very quickly. When it came time for billing, Renee charged us only for the kitchen sink repair and 1/2 price for the drain, because she said it was really easy to clean. There was no charge for the toilet. Something we expected to cost $300-$400, only cost us $160. After they left the house, I went to check the kitchen tap and realized that the hot water turned a different direction than it had before. Joe had fixed it to turn the way it was supposed to, but it was different than we were used to. I ran out to see if they were still there, and they were. Joe came right back in and reset the handle to turn the way we had it before. They were great and very friendly. We would definitely use them again and refer them to others needing plumbing service.

was referred by a friend.The leak was in the front yard, Jo dugg up and repaired, but by the next day I had snother leak, worse than the first. They offered a refund and referred me to another contractor who replaced the entire water line the next day.

They were extremely responsive and fixed my problems to my complete satisfaction. As always, the completed cost is more than you had hoped for, but when I considere that they had to make two visits to my house, order parts for three different bathrooms, they could have charged me considerably more and I'm sure many other companies would have. Until they go out of business, they will be the only plumbing outfit I will use.

It is a husband and wife team. The husband Joe is a master plumber. They both are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They offer excellent customer service. They are sure to address every concern and issue that we have. Joe and his wife are the best plumbers I have ever met. They are unique and are different than any other contractors I have ever hired.
