Superior Refrigeration is a lifesaver! Alexander not only responded within minutes to my emergency situation, but found a solution to a difficult problem. The part he needed for my repair was on indefinite back-order. But he didn’t say, “sorry, ma’am, there’s nothing I can do.” Instead, he put his experience and creativity to work. He modified a part from the same manufacturer, LG, to make it work in my model. And saved my refrigerator and freezer full of food! I highly recommend Superior Refrigeration!

I'm am a restaurant owner and on Friday morning I come to know that the ice maker (Monitowoc Stand Alone) stopped making any ice. After looking at the reviews of "Superior Refrigeration LLC" called them 3 times and it went to voice mail directly. Meanwhile, no other repairs company was available for today and I was worried about the weekend operations of my restaurant w/out ice. That's when Alexander called back saying he had a phone problem. Showed up at restaurant in less than 1 hour and just fixed the ice machine !!!
The charges were reasonable and moreover it was a timely fix.
Superior Refrigeration LLC is going to be my GO TO company for all repairs/consultation on appliances.
P.S. : While writing this review, he called me and explained how to take care of ice machine and avoid such failures. Also he explained me how to clean ice machine filters - this was going over and beyond !!!
