He replaced our ice maker. Extremely professional. Found the replacement parts and came the same day. Knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to install it very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I made an appt for the next morning but he called me to see if it was an emergency. I said I needed to fix my refrigerator ASAP. He was here in 30 min. Fixed my fridge and didn't charge extra for evening appt. It only took an hour. He was very efficient, and gave me a fair price. I would recommend him to everybody.

Aleksandr was amazing, he definitely knows what he is doing, does not rip you off like many other companies out there. Saved me at least $2,000 from having to buy a new whirlpool side by side refrigerator. Even cleaned up after himself and left the unit cleaner than it was before. Tightened up the water line that was dripping behind the fridge for awhile. Overall great service for a great price. Will recommend this company to everyone.

Superior Refrigeration is a lifesaver! Alexander not only responded within minutes to my emergency situation, but found a solution to a difficult problem. The part he needed for my repair was on indefinite back-order. But he didn’t say, “sorry, ma’am, there’s nothing I can do.” Instead, he put his experience and creativity to work. He modified a part from the same manufacturer, LG, to make it work in my model. And saved my refrigerator and freezer full of food! I highly recommend Superior Refrigeration!

I recently utilized the services of Alex due to an issue I was having with my refrigerator. He gave me a date and time to come assess the problem. When he came to my house he was very professional and personable. He practiced health and safety pocedures by wearing a mask upon entering the residence. He listened to my concerns while maintaining social distancing. Not only did he fix the problem he informed me of a clog that I had as well. My refrigerator now runs like new!
