Description of Work: I’m very pleased with the work that was done I actually had two separate projects that Sprinkles knocked out for me and both were done quickly and at an extremely fair price. I contacted many providers trying to knock out these projects and got stood up, told it couldn’t be done how I wanted or quoted ridiculous sums of money. Sprinkles got it done faster and at a better price than I could have hoped.

Description of Work: They came out to service my irrigation system and replace several leaking valves. They tested the system before they left to ensure everything was working properly with the zones. After they left one the sprinkler heads that wasn't replaced started leaking and I would have been charged another $100 service call so I opted to wait until they service the system again to have it addressed. Had it been one of the heads that they replaced then they would have gladly come out to fix it at no charge but that wasn't the case and I understand that.

Description of Work: Dec 2014 work was only winterizing sprinkler system. In July 21013 I used them for (1) Installation of sprinkler system, (2) Replanting both front and back yards with zoysia sod, and (3) building semi circular wall for planting area in front of the house. Their prices were significantly lower than the only other quote I got. They performed the work as scheduled and without any problems or surprises.

+ -1 moreI called Sprinkles and got a very courteous woman who was able to schedule someone to swing by and check my system that same afternoon. That may not be typical to get same-day repairs, but it worked out for me on this call. She offered a tech who could get to me that afternoon, but mentioned his wife was overdue and confirmed with me that if he had to go to the hospital for the delivery that my issue was not urgent and I could handle a reschedule. Well, as luck would have it, he did have to go, and I got a call asking if I could handle a late service call or did I want to reschedule. I opted for the late service call. John called around 8pm prior to coming out to see if I was still up for a late service call. He was extremely knowledgable and skilled. My system has four zones, and he tested each, quickly found the problems (and some were well hidden under mulch beds and tricky to find), and repaired everything. He explained what he was doing, offered a couple of options on some of the harder fixes like the broken pipe under the sidewalk. and was really efficient. His truck was clean and organized, he had all the parts he needed on hand, and he had the skill and knowledge to fix a variety of problems. He also took the time to explain my Rain Bird sysem controls and set up the automatic cycle before he left.
Description of Work: John from Sprinkles checked my lawn sprinkler system and repaired several items. He located broken pipes in the ground that had been damaged by prior landscape digging and repaired them. He also located broken sprinkler heads and replaced them. I purchased a foreclosure house, and the sprinkler system was one of the items that had some serious problems. He found one pipe that had been buried under a sidewalk that had been broken completely loose and he removed it and used the remaining pipe to connect and place a new sprinkler head to cover that section of yard set. He set all the heads to make sure they were providing the best coverage, and programmed the control box.

+ -1 moreSprinkles did a good job. They showed up on time, reviewed our concerns and then began to figure out how best to fix our broken zone in our sprinkler system. They did have to remove grass that was established, but did so in the least damaging way.
Description of Work: We had a zone in our sprinkler system that wouldn't work. Sprinkles repaired damaged zones, replaced heads and fixed loose connections.

MY SPRINKLER HEAD WAS REPAIRED (SO IT WOULD NOT LEAK), BUT BEFORE THE REPAIR THE SPRINKLER HEAD WOULD RETRACT INTO THE GROUND WHEN THE WATER WAS OFF, AFTER THE REPAIR THE SPRINKLER HEAD STOOD ABOUT 1 FOOT ABOVE THE SURFACE. I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND FIX THE SPRINKLER HEAD SO IT WOULD RETRACT INTO THE GROUND, AND I HAD TO CONVINCE THE COMPANY THAT I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR A SEPARATE TRIP TO MAKE THE SPRINKLER WORK PROPERLY. INSTEAD OF ADMITTING THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE, THE PERSON THEY SENT OUT TO FIX THE SPRINKLER TOLD ME HE INTENDED FOR THAT 1 SPRINKLER HEAD TO STAND ABOUT 1 FOOT TALL (EVEN THOUGH ALL OTHER SPRINKLER HEADS IN THE YARD RETRACT) BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I MIGHT WANT TO PLANT A BUSH BY THE SPRINKLER HEAD IN WHICH CASE IT WOULD NEED TO BE ELEVATED TO SPRAY OVER THE BUSH, SHOULD I CHOOSE TO PLANT A BUSH THERE SOMEDAY. GIVE ME A BREAK!
