Robert and Troy arrived early and were extremely professional. The first day they came I had to reschedule on the spot because roofers were doing work at the house. They were extremely accommodating and came back the next day and completed the work quickly and professionally.

Troy and Robert are on-time, professional and provide a good quality carpet cleaning. This is my second time using them. I love the low-moisture cleaning that cleans my carpet well and dries within a few hours.

He did a great job, specially in my sons room where he keeps his new puppy and he had some hard to get stains. The carpets look like night and day.

The carpet was cleaned very well and they did an excellent job. They paid very close attention to hard stains and pointing them out to me prior to cleaning and letting me know they might not be able to remove the stains. They were able to get the stains out. I liked how they asked me if I knew what the stains might be so they could treat it better and giving me a warning that they might not come up.

The owner and his technician were on time and very professional and personable. The carpet looked fantastic and I was really happy with the results. I would certainly call them again.

The service was fine but we ended up paying a lot more. We had like one room that had a pet stain. Somehow you end up paying double by the time they come out. I know I hit 129 and by the time he left, it hit another like, 160 or something, I don't know. They sprayed stuff on the carpet and used a machine which looked like it didn't extract anything. It kind of just rolled over it. It was just a weird cleaning in general. I've never seen anything like it. I wasn't overly impressed but I also wasn't telling them like to get out of the house. They did the work so fast. There were 2 guys and one guy was doing the spraying and the other had this machine thing. He was even talking to me for a while. Our bedroom and our office they actually counted as 2 rooms. We only had like 5 rooms and hall or something like that. I think they ended up doing 3 rooms; they did the office, our master bedroom, our guest bedroom and the hallway. They were really good about getting right back to me. They came when they said they'd come and that was good. He told me that if the urine or pet odor remained in the carpet, it meant that it had gotten into the padding and I'm like, that's why I'm getting it cleaned. He just gave an excuse because that was the reason he was there so I don't have to smell the pet odor on the carpet.

They arrived early & was very professional. I was pleased with their service but like all cleaners, would like all extra services spelled out or included in the promo.

The gentleman came and in addition to the carpet cleaning I got some background information about his family. He was on probation or parole which of course was very exciting news to know being at home with my daughters and I didn’t need to know that. I did not like that line of conversation and I took the time to let him know. He also said his girlfriend or wife was working in the human resource department and the county and she couldn’t get a promotion because she was black. I don’t care if they are doing my carpets for free that is not happening again. Again president Obama was the reason he went to prison because he lost his business so he decides to steal meth. It was unprofessional and appalling. Had he not had my carpet soaking wet I would have told him to leave. When he started the race stuff, I didn’t ask him. I don’t want this man coming to my house again. He was unbelievable. He was polite but the line of conversation was totally inappropriate. In the fine print it included movement of furniture and he wasn’t going to do that. I did most of the moving of the furniture. It was ridiculous and he was a friend of the owner. The owner should rethink that. To get a better grading should have been more professional. He also should have moved the furniture. He should have talked about something else. The carpet was cleaned and I was pleased with that.

I was very very pleased with the service they performed. They did an outstanding job and I will use them again in the very near future. The price was right and I couldn't be happier!

Excellent! The 2 technicians were so friendly and professional. I was also shocked how much pet dander and hair still came up. My pet passed well over a year ago and I've had my carpets cleaned several times since then so I was shocked that there was still all of the pet hair remaining. I don't know what kind of technology they used, but I couldn't believe how much crap it picked up. The stains I had are all gone too. They were very fast... in my house for all of 35 minutes and they told me my carpets would be dry within 2 hours. I will most definitely use them again because I've never had better results!

Very well - two gentleman showed up and they were very courteous and pleasant. I loved that they used water from their truck since City of Atlanta water is so expensive. The stains were removed and all was dry in about 8 hours.

It was great he called and came earlier than I expected was in and out in not time. Did a great job and gave us recommendations on how to keep our carpets cleaner longer.

It went well. They did a good job. They charged me a little extra to put seal over the grout. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't use them again, because I found a thing at Home Depot that will clean your grout and make it look good. The price was fair. They arrived on time. I thought they were very good. I might use them for carpet, but I found a solution for grout.

Arrived on time and went right to work on cleaning the bathroom tile floors. I decided to have the bathroom tile sealed and my bedroom carpet cleaned. Excellent service and prices were great. I highly recommend ServicePro .

Would have preferred the owner/operator doing the work instead of training a worker on my sofa! But will use again - responsive for sure

ServicePro cleaning machine left scuff marks (straight lines) on my walls in several areas. After informing the owner, he disputed that his machine would ever do such a thing; even after noticing that the scuff mark/lines were consistent with the base height of his equipment. I took a picture as well. The owner denying the scuff marks left a negative impression. I would have more understanding if he would have accepted and not mentioned that it was a pre-existing condition. In regards to the carpet cleaning job, they did a great job. They will get the carpet clean however they refuse to move furniture and charged double for my master room although most of the flooring is covered with furniture. If they had not charged extra for my bedroom and not scuffed my wall - I would have been able to give a perfect scoring.

Arrived in time. Explained process. Just be aware of up-charges for spots(pet urine but we have no pets), and add-ons for halls larger than avg, etc). These additional fees were not disclosed at initial booking, just upon arrival. Techs were professional and quick. Results were as expected. I would use them again.

They were great! Early, professional, friendly and did an amazing job. The carpets all look great, they cleaned every corner, closet and carpeted surface after ealing through the house with me. I even had them clean and treat a small rug while they were. Troy and his team were more than wet hoped for when hiring a carpet cleaning company. We paid extra for a few rooms that needed it but we did our research ahead of time and were prepared, so no surprises. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to our family down the street.
