We received great service from ServicePro Carpet Cleaning...I called on a Wednesday and Troy was responsive and was available for an appt on Friday. He did a great job cleaning our two large sodas and six dining room chairs sharing Before and After photos throughout the process! He even got a large red wine stain out of one of the sofas! They took all of my contact information and at the end of the call, he said that they needed to have my credit card number to charge me $25 to ensure that I was going to hire them, to which I declined and they refused to come out for the appointment unless I did that, which made me feel uncomfortable. I do not plan on using them.

They were fast, did a good job and stayed in contact with me.

I would hire these folks again n a minute. On-time, professional but friendly, efficient, no muss or mess, and the results on the really dirty carpeted areas of this rental property were astounding - looked like new carpets again. Plus, they gave an extra discount I hadn't known about and were less expensive than the other companies I contacted. Really - an A+ rated business.

Carpets are clean & drying time was only 1 day. Troy from Service Pro was on time, knowledgeable, and very personable. Only issue was cost was more than “guesstimate” phone quote. Said some rooms were oversized, & had to pay extra. This has never been an issue with other cleaners, but then they didn’t do as good of a cleaning as Service Pro. Guess you get what you pay for; I would call them again.

Had a quote from Zerorez which seemed high. Called Troy at ServicePro and gave him measurements etc and his price seemed fair. He was owner and said his reputation is his work. We also talked about urine removal. He claimed zerorez doesn’t perform this work and explained how essential it was to kill bacteria. He had a $300 blue light to find the areas. His employees came to house. Pointed out multiple areas and charged and extra $175 for urine removal. I was out of town and talked to my wife after the fact. I bought a blue light on Amazon just to see how well they did. Quick background, I have 2 dogs and clean urine spots as soon as I see them with proper pet urine cleaning products. Anyway. Turns out my blue light arrived in 2 days and illuminated lots of urine spots. We called Troy and now he says you will always see the spots because it’s in the carpet fibers now. So here’s the thing. If I cleaned the spots properly his light wouldn’t show anything differently. So why the upsell on a product that was probably not necessary. When reached for comment we didn’t / haven’t received a response. I will note that the carpet is clean and does look good but not anywhere near worth over $600. So what did I learn. Be very careful of what you are told. Get 3 quotes regardless of the rating on Angie’s list or anywhere else. If it smells like a scam, it probably is. If you never clean up urine after your pet, this may be a that can help you.
