They were on time, explained what they are going to do. They cleaned few rooms and staircase. They told me different things about the carpet, that I didn't know that was there. I was very impressed with their work and the service.

The service went well. Troy and his teammate were nice guys. They did the best they could with what they had to work with. The carpet cleaning did give my house the "fresh feel" I was looking for. I just wish they could have made it a shade lighter. But, they are carpet cleaners not carpet magicians! 🎩 😉

Showed up on time and did a great job!

First Troy was extremely responsive and called me 5 minutes after I put in the request. Secondly, they made themselves available on the next day. They arrived on time and to say they were thorough is an understatement. They have an ultraviolet light they use to find "deep" stains in the carpet like pet urine, etc. This way they know where to treat for it to make sure it is done right the first time, as well as where it does not need it to save money by not treating the whole house if it is not warranted. I was at work and my two sons home. Troy and his crew showed them everything they found and notated it, as well. They then called me to get approval. While they were there, they spotted the dryer vent was FULL of lint and was an extreme fire hazard and told me it was not a matter of if I wanted it done but it needed to be done now. I say that because although I will not put a dollar amount specifically on this one service, Troy made sure that the dryer vent got done in the budget I already had because he felt it was so much of a fire hazard. They also sent me before and after pictures. I could not be more pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a reputable, fair and honest business to clean your carpets at a reasonable price, you call ServicePro. Went very well. Took them about 90 minutes to do the entire 2nd floor. All the spots came out and the carpet looked almost new.

I just bought a new home and called to see if I could have cleaning performed within the next 48 hours (before move in) and was extremely surprised by the responsiveness of this team! I was able to have my carpets finished within a few hours of my original call! This isn't the first time I've used Service Pro to clean my carpets and just as the last time I am not disappointed! These gentlemen are professionals and clearly take pride in their work. My children suffer from severe allergies and the amount of stuff that was pulled out of the carpet makes me feel better knowing that thier respiratory system won't suffer because of the dirty carpet!

Great! These guys were awesome. Prompt and professional. Carpets look amazing. While they were here they cleaned out my dryer vent which was awful thus saving us from a potential fire. One of those things you don't think about. Will definitely use again.

Troy and his team did an absolutely fantastic job, arrived early, was very through in the scoping of what needed to be done, made the shower look like new, cleaned up and the price was very fair and reasonable. We would most certainly recommend them and would call on them again.

The team arrived early and discussed the areas to be cleaned. They used a device to show where urine stains existed from a previous pet we had. So, we paid additional to have this treated. They were very professional and walked us through every step of the way. We've used several carpet cleaners in the past, but this was the best!

It was not written on their website offer that there was a charge for coming from from their area to my house. I complained and my money was returned.

Gentlemen gave advance notice of arrival and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous. I had a few minor spots in my relatively new carpet and 1 spot that was permanently stained from the furniture leg so I knew that one would not come out. However, I was fully expecting the minor spots to be cleaned. They label all spots as 'urine', although I don't have any pets. After the area dried, and the spots were still there I called them back. They came the next day to see the spot and advised me that those spots that I considered minor would cost $75 each to get out and they couldn't assure me that they would be able to get them out. After they left, with the advise of YouTube, I did a 2-step process over 2 days as follows: Day 1 - Blotted all spots with formula of detergent, white vinegar, warm water and steam from an iron using white towels. After that dried most of the spots were clean. Day 2 - Covered spots with a paste made of baking powder and peroxide, then lightly sprayed with white vinegar, mix in carpet well with fingers and let stand for 30 minutes. Blotted all areas with clean water using white towel. Cover area with white towels and put something heavy on top to help absorb water (I used books). Let dry and vacuum. ALL AREAS ARE COMPLETELY CLEAN WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SPOTS AT ALL. I wish I had taken pictures both before and after for comparison. The price would have been excellent if the quality had been any good.....So much for the "Pros".

Awesome job! Pictures do not do it justice. Professional, courteous, kept me posted on everything they were doing. They have a passion for it and I think they were just as excited as I was to see the difference! I was so pleased I asked if they had a maintenance schedule to come next year to call me so I don't have remember, and they do!

They were prompt and courteous. The owner was one of the two workers and they both worked hard to clean some stains that were discovered on the furniture when it came out of storage. It was a positive experience overall.

They did good, there were some stains that I wish they would have removed. Otherwise it was good, they did a good job and were done quicker than I thought. I should have had some more of the stains removed but I did not see them until it was dry.

It went real well. They cleaned it real well and left everything as it should be. They were friendly and did a good job. We will use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

They did a fantastic job! I was amazed at what they were able to do with my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing. They were very responsive, prompt, professional and trustworthy. They even took extra time to explain/educate me on a few things. I would highly recommend these guys!!!

They used a special UV light to clean the spots from the previous owner's pet. Everything is holding up. The work was professionally handled. The gentleman who was also the owner showed professionalism and confidence. He called to get permission to come earlier than anticipated. He coordinated two days prior to arriving. He also checked in the day before service. I liked that he gave a two day notification. He was thorough. I think people will be satisfied. I would recommend them. I watched him spray the cleaning solution into the carpet prior to cleaning. He saturated the surfaces fully. I think he did a good job.
