Description of Work: We bought a service for $99 for three rooms. One of our rooms was over-sized an we decided to put scotch guard on the carpet, so we paid a little additional for it. They were great, and took time to work on a couple of bad stains. Service Pro was on-time, efficient, and professional. We will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned. They did an excellent job, removing stains that were not removed by previous carpet cleaners. Only negative was the unexpected extra charge for "out of the area."

Description of Work: They have a mechanical problem with their truck on the day they were supposed to come which was a Friday. They came on the next week and made up for it by giving me the stairs. Yet, they still charged extra with the excuse that the rooms were larger than the price which I though was wrong because Angies list is whom they should have gotten the extra money and honored the listed deal. They were nice, but I really do not feel too good about the deal.

Description of Work: The service started long before the appointment as Troy worked to schedule our cleaning to coincide perfectly with our other closing day tasks! Troy and his assistant arrived in time to inspect, measure spaces and set up their equipment to start exactly when they had promised. The carpets all look great, and I asked him to add tile and grout cleaning in the kitchen as well - which came out better than I could have imagined. Will definitely recommend to others!
