ServicePro Carpet Cleaning

Fabulous! Troy answered the call and was able to come out within a couple days time. We were putting the house on the market, so didn't want to spend too much and wanted service quickly. ServicePro understood exactly what we needed and estimated right over the phone. Actual was slightly more than estimated because of pet stain treatments.  As an AL member, we receive a discount, so that offset most of the pet stain treatment charge.
Upon arriving (almost exactly on time, even though they called to say they were running late), Troy walked the entire house with us to determine if we needed any other treatments or if there were any rooms large enough to be charged as two areas. He identified a few stains that he noted he would not be able to remove and even gave a guess as to what they were (which has been an ongoing question in our household).
They immediately got to work after the walk through and answered any of our questions along the way. They discussed with us the type of cleaner and the equipment they use as well as showing us the filter after they were finished. Our approximate 2,000 sq ft house (not all is carpeted) took about 90 minutes for them to clean. They also told us appropriate drying times and when it would be OK to put our furniture back on the carpet as well as tips on how to reduce drying times.
They were very professional the entire time and a pleasure to work with.
When they were finished, Troy gave us an invoice to pay and options on how to pay.

It is lovely to find a service provider whose behavior tells you that he wants your business!  Troy was very responsive to both emails and a phone call.  He arrived on time, early actually, and was eager to start the job.  We will definitely use him again, and I have already recommended him to several people.  Oh, and the carpets look great!

They arrived pretty much on time. I did expect a call from them to confirm (since I scheduled the service the week prior) but I ended up calling them that morning to confirm and they were on their way. The owner Troy and his crew of 3 others but they did a great job. They were very friendly and informative about the process, my carpet, and things I could do to maintain. I appreciated their professionalism, my carpet looked fantastic, and I would definitely use them again. Really nice guys!

Troy, the owner of the company, was in attendance for the service.  He and the other technician were very courteous, informative, professional, and prompt.  I will definitely use this company again and would recommend this company to others!

Troy and his crew were amazing.  On time, fast, knowledgeable and respectful of our house and furniture.

He made our old, old carpet look and feel so much better. Our not so old carpet in the living room is renewed so no new carpet for us!

The carpet was so dirty and stained that it was embarrassing to have anyone come over.  It didn't help that the water heater in our laundry room exploded and saturated carpet in the hallway..  Carpet looks like new.  Would definitely use them again.

They were awesome, both Troy and Robert.  Very friendly, arrived early and keep us posted as to what they were doing and why.  They were awesome, they are Simply the Best, they are the Best of the Best.

There was a urine stain from a previous homeowners dog and we had tried everything to get it out with no success.  Service pro not only got it out but the smell is completely gone!  Love this company.  Both men were friendly, knowledgeable and their equipment is better than any other I have seen.  I am a Realtor and have dealt with several companies on carpet cleaning my listings and I have to say, I am extremely impressed!

ServicePro Carpet Cleaning.  I did use them, that was in Atlanta, they were excellent.  I used them two weeks ago.  The cost was I want to say $280.  They were on time, they were professionals, they did their job, they did more, way more than I expected.with the carpet cleaning.  They were clean, they cleaned up after themselves and they left.  I would have to say probably the fact that they came in with a pleasant attitude and they really got some of the stuff off of my carpet that I thought would never come out.

It went well. He was honest about the results. He did a good job. He communicated well.

Very pleased with the service we received. These guys are very professional and did a great job on the carpet! They also cleaned and sealed our tile floors. What a difference! Would definitely use them again!

We have 3 large dogs, 3 cats and 2 kids so our carpets looked pretty bad.  We were planning on either replacing them or having them cleaned one more time and replacing them in a few months.  Unfortunately one of our dogs had an accident on the carpet and stepped in it, tracking it all over the house.  I immediately went on Angies list and picked out a few companies to call.  We had never used Servicepro but their reviews were great and when I called the owner assured me they could come out the next day.  They showed up on time, were friendly and  professional and ended up doing a phenomenal job!  My husband took a photo of some of the gunk (animal hair, etc.) that came out of the carpet.  Yuck!!  Now our carpets look great and I will always use Servicepro in the future.

Troy did a great job treating  some problem areas in our home... and  in cleaning the upholstery and carpet in our daughters car.  He is a friendly guy and easy to work work.  We will definitely use him again!

Carpets look good!  I had a busy schedule that day, so I was happy that they were on time and did the work quickly, they also cooperated with other workers who were refinishing our hardwood floors.  We're very satisfied!

Outstanding Job! Troy and his crew were on time, very professional and worked extremely hard.  Carpet looks better than ever.

Troy arrived on time and did a great job. He was very thorough and removed stains from several areas. I believe his cleaning equipment gives him an advantage in this market.

My 6 months old carpet was destroyed by contractor (helping hand maint.).  They spray paint the wall and spilled into the carpet for all the rooms with carpet.  Well contract plot may had been to replace the carpet for $4000 ( I've got their written estimate. :)
Owner fixed it all within my budget.
Not only that, I left my back pack in house and he shipped it to me!  Amazing service.  He is a reasonable guy and deserve my returned business.

I called Tony on Wednesday based on Angie's List reviews. He offered to come out that afternoon, but I needed him Friday morning which was "no problem".
He arrived right on time, looked over the whole project (which I had added to since the phone call) and quoted a very reasonable price.
We agreed and he began right away. He explained everything he did and did a great job, even removing stains I thought we permanent. 
I definitely will use him again!

They cleaned a stairwell and back hallway and half of a large room due to some water damage. They were really good and we're having them out again soon to do some more work for us. These guys have a system that pulls all kinds of dirt out of the carpet, like you wouldn't believe! They are nice and polite and do a great job!

Called Troy (owner of ServicePro) on Tuesday afternoon, having returned from the vet with our dog.  Poor dog was diagnosed with a intestinal bug that made them unable to control their bowel movements and the results had been shocking.  Explained our situation to Troy and he offered to be at our place 9AM the next morning.  I countered with 8:30 (had a work call starting at 9 that I would be taking from the house), which he accepted and he offered to come earlier if necessary.  I politely declined, but inwardly was stunned and impressed.  It set a high bar for Troy the next morning...
Troy arrives at 8:15 and politely knocks on the door.  I greet him, mention he's early (because I'm impressed) and he offers to wait until I'm ready.  I invite him in, where we review the rooms and spots in detail.  Troy makes several suggestions, we agree on the work to be performed, he gives me a price and he goes to work.  
After several hours, he gets me from my home office to show me his work and the results were fantastic. Not only did the carpets look as good as new, but the spots were completely gone.  He writes up the bill, I pay him and he leaves to go on to his next job.
In the end, I was exceptionally impressed with Troy, his service, and the results.  We will definitely go back to him with our future needs.

Arrive a few minutes early. Setup, spot tested area rug. I had them do a few extras and they finished up within 2 hours. Will ask them back for work in the future.
