Response from ServicePro Carpet Cleaning
When we arrived onsite your son answered the door. the tech. did a walk through and told your son that the floor was not going to look new because of how much build up was on it. after the job was completed. we had taken many pictures and video of before and after. when i spoke with your husband a week later when he called to complain his exact words were. The floors haven't been cleaned in over 20 years i expected the floors to be a bright white after they were cleaned because my realtor told me they would be. my response to him was. your realtor is not cleaning your floors we are. but i asked him a question. how do you expect you floors to be bright white if you haven't cleaned them in 20 plus years? then i explained that is what is called unrealistic expectations. i emailed pictures and video of the before and after. you husbands response while i was on the phone was there's no doubt you can see a difference the realtor just thought it should be bright white and not stained. our job is to help clean areas to the best of our ability not to transform them into brand new. i wish i could do that for you but its not possible. i even set up an appt. to come back out and redo them with you sitting right there so you knew we had did everything we possibly could to get them as clean as possible but that appt. was canceled by your husband. i did inform your husband the only way to make them look new again was to do a color change on the grout lines. the cleaning job was listed that you paid $200.00. you actually paid $147.49. $99.99 for the cleaning and $47.50 to have it sealed.
