Description of Work: Most of stains were removed except for a couple of furniture stains which they warned ahead of time might not come all the way out. They were able to remove some of it which they did not charge for. One of the technicians provided some good advice about taking care of the carpets.

Description of Work: Their pricing was too high. I paid 99.00 which was an Angie's list special to clean a tile floor. To clean and coat was over 600.00 and the job wasn't done good. I paid over 500.00 in addition the 99.00 I prepaid.
