Description of Work: My eat in kitchen tile was disgusting!! The previous owners must have never cleaned it and we took our time ignoring the issue as well. Troy came to the rescue and now my floors look BRAND NEW!!! I am not exaggerating either. Super friendly, on time and courteous! I would absolutely hire them again. If you have any gross floors, these guys can work miracles. Thanks again Troy. It was a pleasure to work with you.

Description of Work: I expected Service Pro to steam clean my carpet, but they used a "dry method" instead, which was basically a vacuum cleaner with a rotating bristle brush. They sprayed a solution onto the carpet and insisted that it is a "state of the art" method that is superior to a steam treatment. When I voiced my concern about the dry method, one of the technicians showed me a video of the dry method on his cell phone. Both technicians commented several times about how clean my carpet was when they arrived. I got the feeling that they did not want to pull a hose up the stairs to clean such a small area (a 1-bedroom condo)that appeared not to be dirty. As one technician did the "bristle cleaning", the other sat down on my sofa without asking started checking his cell phone. I have subsequently used a different company that uses a water treatment and had vastly superior results and much more professional personnel I would not recommend Service Pro.
