Carpet cleaned in three bedrooms and basement. In the basement I had spillled a water bottle filled with fruit punch flavoring. There was a huge red stain I was not sure would ever come out. Troy did an excellent job and removed all of the stain. Also had the upholstery in my teenage daughter's car cleaned. It looks great. Her seats had seven years of Georgia red clay from going back and forth to the softball field. I love the deep cleaning tool that he has. I call it the majic eraser, We have used them before and continue to use them. The first time he used the deep cleaning method was on grease stains that the service man left on my carpet after servicing my eliptical. And like majic, they were gone. Troy does a great job, and is very professional.

Troy arrived right on schedule. In the rain. He was hired to do the two rooms and hallway per the coupon. He ended up doing extra rooms and the stairs, at my request. I moved the little things out of the way but my husband was out of town so he helped me move the very heavy coffee table. The machine he used for cleaning was amazing. A very large stain that had been in our den for several years (at least) and has been designated "clean" by other companies, has not returned. He went the extra step to get it out and 36 hours later, it has not come back. He helped with the dog stains (not too many) and scooped up a lot of hair from the dog and fibers from the carpet. I will definetly use ServicePro again.

The results were outstanding, the pet stains and odor are completely gone! The carpet looks brand-new and I'm not going to have to replace the carpet. I've never seen a carpet cleaner work so well. The value and attention to detail were A+.

Purchased a coupon, very responsive to scheduling, called me to let me know of an earlier appointment opening, called the day before to confirm, and then again that morning to let me know they were on their way. Couldn't ask for a better experience, I've used all the national companies, these guys are THE BEST!

They were prompt, friendly and did a good job

Service work was performed by Troy and Joey.. Estimates were given on all of the work and agreed to before service began. Carpets in two bedrooms were pretreated ,cleaned and carpet protector was applied Troy used the rotovac machine on the carpets which did an excellent job. The carpets looked almost new when he finished. He also cleaned three oriental area rugs and they turned out equally well. We found them to be experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent service. We would use them again and also recommend them to our friends.

I called ServicePro at the last minute and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get my carpet cleaned before my guest arrived in a couple of days. To my surprise I received a call right back from Troy and he was available to do my carpet the very next day. I asked him about additional cost and he went over cost for upholstery cleaning and extra areas. On cleaning day Troy arrived promptly. He surveyed my rooms and we discussed what would be done before he started. I didn't realize how huge my great room was so it was just an additional $20 to do the spaces I wanted. I was hoping to have my antique couch and an old couch cleaned as well. After Troy looked at the too he said he wasn't sure how well it would come out but he would do a small sample spot and then I could make the decision of what to do. The sample section turned out well so I approved the cleaning of both pieces. They came out better than both of us expected. So well I told my sister-n-law and she scheduled him to clean her sectional that weekend. The carpet came out great. It took overnight to really dry but the results were worth it. In the past I've been disappointed with carpet cleaners so I have been doing my own with a RugDoctor for years. I would definitely use ServicePro again rather than the do-it-yourself route. After the rental and extra cost of the cleaning solutions it's not that cheap and its hard work. It's been a few weeks since my carpet has been cleaned and I'm pleased to say that my carpet still looks great.

Very responsive and professional. Got an appointment quickly. Did a very thorough cleaning job. As with most Angie's List coupons lots of extra charges. Said one room was actually two rooms. Needed two area rugs cleaned and we were charged a lot extra for that even though technically we were supposed to have a third room left over from coupon.

Overall, everything went as planned. Troy arrived earlier than scheduled. Because we didn't get his phone call telling us he would be early, we didn't get home until the scheduled time. Troy and his assistant waited for us. He assessed the size of our rooms and because the rug was over the size limit, we were charged another $20.00. We gladly paid that because the area we wanted cleaned was quite large. The guys immediately began to clean the rug with a power washer. It was completed in an hour or so and we left it to dry for several hours. We were very impressed with the work completed by ServicePro Carpet Cleaning and recommend the company to others without hesitation.

Could lonly work on Saturday due to working a full-time and part-time job. Carpets were very wet...took really long time to dry even though it was a nice sunny warm day. Carpets were clean and looked good. What he considered a room size iwas smaller than what many other carpet cleaning companies considered "regular size". Overcharged initially....Had to go over and correct final bill twice to arrive at correct price (used a coupon). Pleasant to work with.

Troy called on the appointed day and we were able to reschedule for an earlier service. He arrived promptly, we discussed the project and he got busy. Troy is a fast, thorough worker. He is very careful about how he works and documents the work as he does it. Iphones are very handy in his business! I was amazed at how well his machines work and he is very knowledgeable about what is needed for whatever spots are there. The colors are much brighter on the chair and the stair carpet is like new. The microfiber couch looks much better too. Troy took about an 1 1/4 hour to do the entire job and I am very pleased.

I thought this carpet was beyond help, but ServicePro (Troy) restored it to a new look and applied a treatment to protect it in the future...at a fair price and in a courteous, professional manner. Troy also suggested a cleaning schedule to keep all my carpets looking great. I plan to contact ServicePro with future carpet-cleaning needs, and highly recommend them!

One of my rental houses had a floor that was pretty filthy and he came in and did a great job in getting it back into shape.

ServicePro came out to the house to clean our carpets. We where concerned that with 3 kids some of the stains wouldn't be able to be removed. Troy with his magic carpet wand worked his magic and completed the task far beyond our expectations. He was very courteous and took the extra care to ensure our furniture (wood) was protected and wouldn't bleed onto the carpet. He was actually early for the appointment on a Friday afternoon. We are very pleased and will deffinately use again in about 3 to 4 months. Oh yeah, he even was able to get some spots off the kitchen floor that we had and didn't even charge. Great service, great company.

Troy arrived on time. Went to work, and made a very dirty teal green carpet look almost new. We were talking replacement, but now we can wait a while.
