The provider was so prompt that he arrived prior to scheduled 9 a.m. to set up his equipment. He was very efficient and extremely thorough, and removed all the stains, leaving a lovely looking carpet, in the allotted time. I highly recommend ServicePro.

The service was prompt and efficient. I didn't think it would be possible to remove the stains, but the serviceman assured me it would be...quoted the price. He got the job done in short order. He also removed some coffee stains..The carpet looks like new. I am very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend the company.

This was the best carpet cleaning! The owner/operator Troy takes great pride in his work. He used a rotating scrubber and suction tool not just the suction which I believe made a big difference. He was able to remove these mysterious black stains in our cream carpet where 2 other companies had been unsuccessful. The carpet was left damp but not wet and dried in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

I had my carpet deep scrubbed and protectant applied. The owner and his assistant arrived early, answered all my questions, were very professional, worked efficiently and were personable. The result is that my carpet is once again looking like new. I have had my carpet cleaned by several other companies and by far this has been the best service.

Troy the owner of the business arrived at our home at the scheduled time. He looked at several stains on the carpet and we discussed the cost of the additional areas. He pretreated the stains and then deep cleaned all of the carpet we discussed. He was friendly and professional. He explained the deep cleaning process as well. I am very satisfied with the services he performed. The carpets look better than they have in years. We have used other carpeting cleaning companies in the past but none of them have done as good a job as ServicePro. We will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. The carpet had some deep stains that I thought that might not come out. They got every stain out.

Very impressed! The carpets look amazing. He was very professional and pleasant, showed up right on time. They were able to squeeze me in less than 24 hours after I first called them, which I was very grateful for, as we were going out of town. Price seemed very reasonable. Highly recommended. Didn't try to upsell me, although I did opt for the protectant for the high traffic areas, as I have two small kids and a cat.

Joel was very very good! He and his partner were very professional, explained everything and maintained a pleasant manner and attitude while working.

They responded quickly and showed up on time. They were pleasant to work with. I called them the following day about an area that I wasn't pleased with and they came right out and cleaned that area again. Very professional.

They were incredibly professional. When I contacted them for the carpet cleaning, they explained the difference to be between the deep scrub vs the steam cleaning process. They worked with me to get access to the apartment while I wasn't there (the complex let them in). The quality of the clean was amazing! It was like new when they were done! I called them a week or two later to have two mattresses cleaned. This time I was home so I could actually meet them. They were incredibly professional and very through with their work. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way to me. I wish I had more stuff for them to do...they were that good! I can't recommend these guys enough!

There are a ton of carpet cleaning companies out there to choose from. My criteria was honesty, quality and professionalism. I did a lot of research and Servicepro kept rising to the top of the reviews. I called Servicepro and immediately got a quote and got on their schedule. Troy and his team showed up on time, were professional and did a top quality job. When you watch the work they do with the truck that they have, you can tell that your getting the best. Troy's rates are reasonable and I will definitely hire him again.

Well cleaned all but one stain out of carpet. Claimed unable to get red stain out of carpet which could be true. Showed before and after pictures and educated me on the various differences in carpet cleaning style.

Service Pro called the morning they were scheduled to inform us they had an early cancellation and asked if they could come early. they arrived promptly and went straight to work. they pre-treated the heavily soiled areas and worked quickly. My wife was very pleased with the results. We will be referring them to our friends.

Joey and Joe arrived before the appointment time and waited at the curb until the appointed time. Joey measured the surfaces to be done and advised me of the additional square footage (65 sf) involved. Because it differed quite a bit from I had measured prior to his visit, he remeasured for me. My measurement had been in error. He graciously accepted my apology and informed me of the cost involved in the additional sf ($.50/sf) and offered grout sealing as well at the same price. I took advantage of the offer for grout sealing in the two bathrooms. The service was performed quickly (2+ hours), professionally and very well. I'm completely satisfied and would have to say it was one of my, if not the best experience I've had with Angie's List service providers.

I could not believe what a great job Service Pro did. When we handed our house over to a tenant nine months ago, the carpets were in pristine condition. By the time we evicted her, she had destroyed the carpets. There were stains everywhere, and the carpets were almost black because of all the dirt. I was sure we were going to have to completely replace the carpet, but just in case, I called Service Pro to see if there was anything they could do. After Service Pro cleaned them, they look great! They got all the stains up and the house looks really good again. They saved me a lot of money. Thanks for a great job!
