ServicePro guys showed up on time with multiple reminder texts. Walked through what was covered on the deal but added several areas which required additoinal fees. Showed before and after pics and it was considerable difference. Overall pleased with company and will use again for future needs.

The team showed up right on time. They were very pleasant and professional and quickly went to work. They were able to identify small problem areas, but did not charge me extra to clean them. I was quoted $160 over the phone and that was all I paid. They didn't even pressure me to get other services in order to increase their sale. I would definitely call them again.

Paid $150. They had an issue with the machine so they needed to get it repaired. Even with the repair they were in and out in 2 hrs and did a great job!

We recently remodeled our living room, replacing paneling with drywall. That led to an awful lot of dust being generated, so we decided to have the carpet in that room steam cleaned after we vacuumed up most of the dust. ServicePro came out as expected and knocked out the job quickly. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure to communicate throughout the process to make sure that I knew was needed to happen, what was happening and what to expect after they left. I will definitely use them again for any of our floor cleaning needs.

The owner was more unprofessional, worker was professional. Ask the owner to wear a cover over his shoes which I supplied. "He said no, and if he can't walk on rug with his shoes on he will not do the job."
