My husband hired them and he said he had a very positive experience with them and would use them again. He was very thorough and very polite. The carpets were really good so he did a great job.

Troy, the owner, was very punctual. My appointment was at noon and he was at my home fifteen minutes before. He was also very professional. He thoroughly explained his deep scrub carpet cleaning technique and began working immediately. He even showed me the debris from my carpet which went directly into a canister in his truck. My carpet looks brand new now. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend his company, you won't be disappointed!

Troy was great! I watched him clean the majority of the soda and love seat. He made sure to clean every inch! He also was nice enough to clean a couple of areas on our area rug that where in need of some spot treatment. He was somewhat expense as compared to other providers however they do say you get what you pay for and I was very pleased with the end result. Troy was prompt and got right to work.

Troy saved the day when our regular carpet cleaner was a "no show". What a let-down so close to Thanksgiving. He was booked solid but really had an interest in helping us out of our jam. I am extremely grateful that he cared enough to find a way to solve our problem. The work was excellent, efficient, timely. Good to know there are folks in the service industry like this.

The end result was disappointing. They upsold me by informing that the grout would not be sealed after the cleaning. I ended up paying for sealing. They were professional and on time though.

Troy provided excellent services. He cleaned 3 areas of with carpet and a 4th for free. Fast friendly service and thoroughly explained our trouble spots. My carpet looks great!

They did a great job. I was happy with their service. I was so impressed that I had them come back to do a second job for me.

That was a little misleading. He didn't do the amount of space he was supposed to do. I didn't appreciate the big up charge when he got out of here. I've used to pay it so I ended up giving one room then. It should have been 3 rooms. He didn't specify in his ads that it's 200 sq. ft. being cleaned. He can't buy 200 sq. ft. in the house which meant counting the sofa, big furniture that couldn't be moved if any of that so, it didn't make any difference. If you go to the area that needed to be cleaned it wasn't anywhere near that. It wasn't anything spectacular for what they offered. It was just a regular cleaning, they used a brush but there's the same job. It actually got dirty back faster than I had to clean regularly. I bought a coupon online and that was fine. He was mad at you guys because where I'm at he was farther. It should have been included where I live because he charged additional 20$ to come out here. He said that I was beyond range that he covered. He came within a week after I purchase the deal because my daughter was getting married so I wanted to get it done before the wedding.

I was selling my home and they cleaned the carpets for me. I had pets and they were able to get out the stains.

I called the number listed on Angie's List and Troy answered immediately. He has a friendly nature and is very easy to talk to. I like talking to the person that will actually do the work. He listened attentively while I explained the situation in my mother's home. He worked us in on a Saturday morning and arrived promptly at 9am as he said he would. I wasn't able to be there, for the cleaning, but I saw the carpet the next day ? it was dramatically improved! My mother is elderly so there were many spills and food stains, which came clean. I will use Service Pro again when it's time for a touch up.

Mike came by the house as promised. He was delayed on a previous job but called to let me know that he would still make it by the house within the appointment window. He got all of the equipment out of the van and was careful to keep the area free of spillage from the hoses attached to the van. He pretreated the carpets and then proceeded to clean them. After completing the cleaning operation, he treated the carpets to protect them from future excessive dirt accumulation. Mike was very professional and very friendly. I will use him again to clean the carpets next time they need attention.

My mom has asthma and allergies but moved in with me and my cats anyway 5 years ago. The last cat died last year and we needed the carpet cleaned-badly! Mom scheduled the service and was here for the cleaning. She said he was thorough and explained everything he did BEFORE he did it. He was on time and called before he arrived. She liked him and that is huge!! When I got home I was amazed by the blue that was again visible in my gray carpets! As a bonus, mom has been able to quit taking her fexofenodine for allergies and plans to call him to come back to do the basement.

Called these guys after realizing the carpet in our newly purchased house was very stained and loved. They arrived promptly and got to work. Showed me before and after on the stained carpets. They were way whiter than we thought! It's so great to have clean, brand-new looking carpet. Definitely worth the money.

He showed up at the agreed appointment time and was polite and professional. I had purchased the $79 deal through Angie's list but it only covered so much area to be cleaned. Before he cleaned anything he measured off the areas that I wanted cleaned and we discussed pet stains that I wanted him to work on. He quoted me a price at that time before he did anything for pre-treating of pet stains and general carpet cleaning and then the cost of a protectant he would spray after he cleaned to keep new dirt from setting in. The total area I wanted cleaned was quite a bit more than the deal covered, but he did do a few spaces for free. The treating of the pet stains is what made it so costly, but I really felt like it was worth the money overall. He even took the time to show me all of the dirt and gunk that he was able to pull out of the carpets in the older home we had just purchased. It was an impressive amount of dirt! Being new to town, I asked him for a reliable name for someone in a different trade. He didn't have the number on him but promised to call me with it later. He really did call later with the information I needed. This man has good customer service skills!

It was fine and it was very prompt service. They were able to come out very soon and I was pleased with that. I did have an extra service done and it was for a reasonable price. I plan on using them each year.

The service provider was very timely and professional. My carpet and tile are cleaner than they have been for years.

The provider was there 30 minutes before our appointed time. He was very careful in my home.. He reviewed his progress as he progressed with the project pointing out areas of concern, etc. He was timely, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service in future for others and will keep this name for the next time I need carpet cleaning.

I was really concerned about the carpet on my steps where there was a lot of dirt, He totally cleaned them to their original state. I told hiim to take a picture and put it on the website. Y ou would have to see it to beileive it. AWESOME JOB TROY!

The service was okay. A man from the company came out the following week after I purchased the big deal. There was an additional charge because I had some additional spaces to be cleaned. He was prompt and he did good work in the end. It took a little longer than I thought it would because it was really a two-person job and only one person showed up but otherwise, the end result was fine.

I researched the best method online to clean carpets, which by manufacturers is steam cleaning also known as truck mounted cleaning. I called and spoke to Troy about my issues and he was very upfront about setting expectations of what to expect etc. and pricing. I was particularly concerned about 1 room which is used as my office and the carpet was heavily soiled - to the point where my wife was nagging me to get a new carpet- it looked to us that bad! Service Pro had great consistent reviews vs a several others I checked out and when I spoke to Troy on the phone he was very professional, sincere, and full of integrity. Sure enough he arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, and I showed him the rooms. He answered my questions and told me what to expect and not to expect. I also asked him about a chair for potential cleaning whereas it was dirty and also had discoloration from sun/light exposure and advised against trying to clean it, because the results would not solve the discoloration-other services in the past would have taken my money and run. I was really pleased with the outcome of our carpets and in fact I was so pleased with my office carpet, it looked so great I don't have to spend $400 to replace it!

OUTSTANDING! We had no idea our carpets could come close to looking as good as they do now. Our carpet color is off-white (very light) and there were stains that have been present for years. Troy was able to remove 99% of the stains. He was very professional and discussed with us upfront about what he thought he would be able to remove. I think he even surprised himself with the results. The stairs probably take the most abuse and now they look like new. We will definitely be a repeat customer.
