WOW!!! Service Pro did a GREAT job. Troy's price was competitive and accurate. He was there on time. Did a great job and even answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Service Pro. When we need the carpets cleaned again I will call Service Pro. Also, I felt very comfortable having Troy in my home by myself. Sometimes, when you're a stay at home mom you are VERY concerned about vendors coming to your home. Troy is a family man who takes his business very seriously! Thank you Troy!!!

The grout cleaning went great. the Angie's deal was $99 and well worth it. Troy Came in, did a pre cleaning of the grout with a brush to loosen the dirt then brought in the washer (similar to a pressure washer) and completed the process. Afterwards a sealant was applied. This was an additional charge of $99. Since this company also cleans carpet, Troy quoted me for my one room and cleaned it in the same visit for $79. My carpet is cream and had stains that I thought would be impossible to remove. My carpet looks like new. So the price breakdown is as follows: Angie's deal - $99 - purchased in advance; therefore day of service my total was $196 Grout Sealant - $99 Carpet protection $20 Carpet cleaned (2 areas) $79.99

They arrived on time. The main service guy seemed professional and I felt comfortable with them in the house. He tried an alkaline cleaner that didn't really do much. Then he tried an acid based cleaner that worked well. He also used a floor cleaning machine that put out a lot of water. I wasn't prepared for the amount of water used. They put towels around the area where the tile meets the carpet but some staining of orange happened in the cracks between tile and carpet. I actually left for a meeting before they were finished and they locked the house after they left without incident. A few days after the cleaning I notice some streak marks on the bottom of my stainless steel refrigerator (4 months old) and dishwasher (2 weeks old). Both appliances were fine before the cleaning. I could not get the streaking off the appliances to this day. I called the Service Pro operator but he insisted it could not have been his cleaning that made the streaks. I would definitely be careful about grout cleaners around appliances and carpets. And I won't use the company again after they weren't even interested in checking out the stains to see if their products were responsible.

Service provider came when promised and cleaned the grout in a 12x12 area that we use as an office in the basement. This grout is old and it probably needs to be replaced but we were satisfied that it looks as good as it can without fully replacing it. i would recommend this service provider.

They were awesome. They were able to come out the next week after the purchase of the deal. The price was great. The service and final product was amazing. The way that they cleaned the grout was amazing and they did the work in two bathrooms.Two employees came out and I really liked their service that they performed and they were friendly. They were also knowledgeable in their field.

Bought an Angie's big deal coupon to have two toilets tuned up. They did a great job and I was happy with their service. Would recommend their services and if I have a plumbing issue I would call them first.

It went really well. They were very good. Their customer service was good. They were friendly, very professional, and really fast. They explained what they were going to do and were clear about it. They didn’t make a mess and were very good about the cleaning. Getting an appointment with them worked out nicely. We may have added some things that I wanted them to do and the price was fair.

Went very well. The guy showed up early and was extremely honest with how clean the tile would look afterwards. My husband was more worried that I would not be impressed with the results but I think it made a big difference.

Troy was responsive, communicative, punctual and professional. He treated me and my home with respect and did a thorough job with efficiency. I would highly recommend him.

It was OK, nothing special. They used an older style rotary cleaner which was ok but not what I was hoping for.

The only problem is that it wasn't cleaned all the way to the wall. There was about two inches all the way around the room that was not reached.

Troy was delayed due to the snow jam of 1-2014, but kept in touch and rescheduled. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. He did a great job and the carpet looks great.

Troy arrived ahead of schedule and got down to work after confirming my needs. He stopped a little into the cleaning to show me the results in the area already cleaned. There was a spot that a previous company could not remove and Troy got rid of it. My carpets look great and he applied a stain repellent. The next time I need carpets cleaned, I'm calling Troy. I was able to schedule the job in one day. They came a little early for the appointment but called me before they came to see if it would be okay to arrive early. They worked efficiently and quickly doing a great job. Very friendly but professional.

Arrived on time. They explained how much square footage per area, measured each area and let me know the # of areas to be of areas to be cleaned prior to cleaning. Pre-treated dirtier spots. Service was performed professionally and in a timely manner. We had a good carpet cleaning experience.
