My tile never looked so good after they had finished. It was a great value. I would use their service in the future.

They came in as scheduled from 9-11am. Maybe a few minutes late because of an accident, but that did not bother me since I was still moving furniture out of the room. They got set up quickly and started cleaning. The cleaners smell fresh and non-toxic. As they cleaned a bit, they showed me the result. I was disappointed to find that the natural grout color was dark, but that had nothing to do with their cleaning. As the grout is starting to dry, I saw that the grout was lighter than we thought. However, now I can see inconsistency in the cleaning when near the outside edges of the room. I give the quality of the cleaning a B even with the inconsistency, and giving them some credit since I realize that the tile and grout are old (1980s) and some of the grout is cracked or breaking. It was a good experience overall. Everything looks clean and smells fresh.

Troy and his assistant were early and very efficient in their work cleaning all carpeted area. They explained what they would do and then did it. Troy did a photo of cleaned and not cleaned area in the hallway that was unbelievable. He and his assistant show a very good knowledge of their business, take pride in their work and appear to really like doing what they do. It was a joy doing business with them.

Troy was very receptive to my needs. The home I purchased had urine from animals throughout the house. I learned that is the most expensive (but necessary) job for cleaning carpet. The larger home I left was actually cheaper due to no animal and no urine needing to be removed. Troy and his assistant were very professional, explained what and why during their work and did an excellent job on both sites. I highly recommend them. Note: The most expensive part of the job was treating the urine so if you have urine to remove be prepared for spending twice the amount. Angie's list customers do get 1 room cleaned for free. Troy is usually booked out a week in advanced so don't wait until the last minute. He does add cost to traveling to Henry County but not for DeKalb County

The team was punctual, and called my husband and I to see their progress on a few occasions. I could visibly see the difference in the tile cleaning, and the dark water that they were suctioning away. My tile looks a lot cleaner, and I do plan on having them come back to do some other areas. We also asked to have an area rug with a punch stain on it cleaned, and Troy was very honest to explain that the red stain will probably not come out, so we decided to pass on the rug cleaning. I was very appreciative of his honesty.

They were great to work with, on time and professional. My carpets look brand new! Great service for a great price.

Called asking for next day appointment. They had an opening today and came within two hours as promised. They gave an estimate over the phone which they honored on arrival (including Angie's list discount). All communications were clear, both Troy and Robert were very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and had all the necessary equipment with them. They worked quickly and efficiently, checking with me several times so that I understood what was being done. I would definitely use them again.

He did nothing - he gave me a quote which was nothing compared to what is posted on Angie's list. I was going to purchase the coupon but he informed me that it wasn't necessary. So the cost was going to be $159 for 3 rooms and hallway...surprised that my little hallway was going to cost an additional $69 (trust me, it's tiny) + $3.50 for each stair. I was going to just pay it because of the great advertisement but then when I went to schedule I was informed that there would be an additional $25 trip charge. Really?! I've had my carpets cleaned for years and not once have I been charged a trip fee....nor did I expect to receive a lecture on what his buddies are charging these days because his truck weighs 4,000 lbs and gas is expensive. Yep, I get it but come on...build the cost into your price and stop playing around with your customers. You wasted my time and your own time which probably cost more than $25 just talking to this guy. I had to give him my address 3 times. Anyhow, I'm sure the quality of his service is excellent but when you can't get but I wasn't able to get that far. Back to the list...surprised this guy is top rated!

The tile floor looks great. Grout cleaned up nicely. The floor is a very light grey, with an off white grout. So far, so good .

I called Troy last August based on AL recommendations. He was able to come out the next day due to a cancellation. I went to their web site and after some research, was impressed with their use of the Rotovac as opposed to the traditional wand cleaner. WOW. The results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Troy was even able to get out a couple of set in pet stains. There was clearly a more thorough cleaning from the Rotovac than from previous cleanings by the wand. Troy was very knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair. Great job and the carpets look fantastic even a year later. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

The service rep I spoke with was courteous and informative.

There were some additional costs and they were reasonable. There was a stain that appeared to have been removed while they were there. However, after it dried, traces of the stain came back. Other than that, everything else was great. The technicians arrived on time and did what they were supposed to. It worked out well.

After speaking with several carpet cleaning services I decided to use Troy McCoy. His answers to my questions and description of of his process was the best. Troy sounded like he knew carpet cleaning, and he does. I have 2 slobbering dogs that can really dirty the house and carpets. Troy used his "forensic" light and knew where the dogs had urinated. The carpets were treated for stains and urine then cleaned. And man were they clean when he was finisned. He also cleaned a sofa and recliner that look like new again. This was a suprise for my wife who was out of town. She was ecstatic when she saw how clean everything was. I will have Troy return in the near future to clean the rest of my furniture and the remaining 2 bedrooms. I highly recommended using Service Pro.

Before we moved into our new house, I wanted to get the carpets cleaned - just three rooms and closets. The price he quoted over the phone was about a hundred dollars. Then when he got here, he said you need a 'pet package' because the previous owner's cat had peed on the carpet and it will smell if you dont. Then he said you need 'protection' package so it won't stain if you spill anything on it. I agreed, because what do I know? what if he's not ripping me off and he's right. Then the bad stains didnt come up and he said, oh that's not stains, that's wear and tear. really? All I know is I expected to pay $100, got talked into $300 and still have stains. He and his helper were friendly, on time and professional. They worked around my schedule to accommodate me having to go out to the new house before work. But I wouldn't reccommend them.

Troy & Robert did an amazing job! I knew the grout in my tile floors needed cleaning but I had no idea how much of a difference it was make! It's like I have new floors. They were on time & fast working. Very friendly and professional. I will gladly call them back for the yearly upkeep.

The technician who came was nice and professional. He spent about 45 minutes to an hour on the job. He told me that the people who installed my tile had not put a coating on it. I did pay an additional cost to have him put the coating on the tile. My tiles are a bit uneven and are probably not as easy to clean as other tiles. He told me that some of spots could not be removed from the tile. Later, I took a stiff brush to areas and was able to get out some of the spots. I felt that he did not take enough time on the job. I have found that when purchasing these services in a deal, the companies tend to rush through the job and are not completed with the best quality. I felt that he did not take the time to clean thoroughly and carefully determine what could and could not be removed in the cleaning process. When he left, I felt that the floor was a little cleaner, but was nothing specular.

My experience turned out just fine. There was one cleaner here doing the work. He showed up on time and scheduling an appointment was fine.

I hired ServicePro because of their Angie's List ratings, and I will still pleasantly surprised by how well it went. They were on time, quick, explained what was going to happen, and did a good job with they carpets. I am a landlord, so I frequently deal with abused carpets. The carpeting ServicePro worked on was not in good shape at all, and I was seriously considering just laying down new carpet. But I thought I would just check out if a good carpet cleaning could rejuvenate the carpet enough for a new tenant. And it did! And for a very reasonable price. Very happy that a found a new vendor that gives a good deal and does a good job.

He toured my home and told me how much it would cost upfront based on the areas that I wanted cleaned. I had an appointment to keep and he came early so that I could make my appointment on time. There was a spot on my carpet that had a sticky/soapy residue; he worked the spot out with using his cleaning wand and a neutralizing powder. He did wonderful work and completed all the areas I asked for in a timely manner. He came the next day; I really needed the work done within one day.

My experience with Troy and his crew was great! I emailed him directly for a quote and he responded within a few hours and we had an appointment scheduled for the upcoming week. The crew that came out to my house was excellent and cleaned up all of the tough spots in the carpet for my new renter. They were very professional, prompt, and courteous. I will certainly be calling them back for future needs! Their price was competitive and the experience was great!

This is the second time I used this company to clean carpets. I continue to be impressed by the quality of the work provided. Their Angie's List discount is great and they are fair on the pricing. The fit me in early and did a great job. The equipment they use got out bad stains and made the carpet look new. I highly recommend this company!

If I could score higher than an A I would. They were amazing. We recently purchased this house and the people before us were renters and they destroyed the house. They were amazing, I just knew we were going to have to buy all new carpet for our 2400 sq ft house. But they saved me thousands of dollars. I first had them do the Living room and Dining room. I just knew they were not going o be able to save the carpet, but HOLY MOLY. My husband's exact words "He is the Jesus Christ of Carpet Cleaning". He brought our once dead carpet back to life. I plan to use them again in a couple of weeks to do the den child room and stairs and then the upstairs. Their price was excellent and they even were able to remove some gum out of the carpet. I highly recommend them to any and everybody. Please use them as they are professional and they do an amazing job. They showed us the stuff that came out of carpet and I felt so bad letting my grandson crawl all over it. I could not believe the crud that came out. PLEASE use them you will not be disappointed. They provided A+++ service for a great price.
