The service providers were on time and very efficient. They did a walk through and suggested additional cleaning for pet urine and sealing the grout. Outside of the two Angie's List specials I purchased, I had an additional $174 in add on services.

This is the second year we have used Troy at ServicePro to clean our carpets. Both times I called, he answered the phone, and I had my carpets cleaned the next day one time and within in a few days the other time. He and his employee did an excellent job and I was pleased with the wearability of the carpet afterwards. It dried out very quickly. I look forward to a long relationship with Troy in getting our carpets cleaned annually.

The guys were on time and got right to work. They invited me to watch the process so I could see the enormous difference in "before" and "after." They were very friendly and taught me a lot about carpet and cleaning carpet. They were even able to clean up a couple of areas that were very dirty from constant use and a huge spill under the sofa. Because my husband was not home, they helped me with a couple of pieces of furniture that we were unable to move from the living room. The floor looks clean and our family members noticed the difference when they came to visit for the holidays. We will definitely use Service Pro in Snellville again!

I'd bought the deal several months ago, but never used it. I realized this week that it had expired. Emailed on Tuesday (12/23), received reply on Tuesday and scheduled for Friday (12/26). They were able to come early. They were competent, professional, and friendly. Quickly got to work; cleaned and sealed small kitchen and bathroom in 1.5 hours. Highly recommend and will use them again.

The $99 offer was a scam. They said my rooms were overly large, and charged $370. They did a good cleaning, but don't believe the price for a minute,

These guys were extremely professional, informative, told us every step of the way what they were going to do- if the stains were stubborn they told us why. I was impressed with their level of service and will use them again. Awesome!

The carpeting looked pretty clean when they were done. There were a couple spots that were missed and I was expecting the cost would be less expensive than Stanley Steemer. I did not find places that were wet on the carpeting after the 24-48 hour period. They did not move furniture and I was anticipating that they would do this. They said they didn't do this. They were good with scheduling.

They gave me a $20 discount for using Angie's List. I was happy with the cleaning that they did. They were on time, they were quick, and the carpet wasn't exceptionally wet. I would recommend them.

The experience was great. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He arrived on time and at the end of the visit the carpets were like new.

They did a really good job. The original truck they brought in to wet the carpets broke down before they could dry it up. I was worried, but the technician had no worries and had a truck to here to clean them up. I was super happy with this service! The carpets looked amazing, I did not even think that carpets could get that cleaned. They have clinched a customer for the duration of my carpet owning days!

Everything went very well. They explained a lot to us about contamination and Troy was very communicative and the whole crew did a great job.

The cleaning went way beyond our expectations. We had already tried to do some of our own manual, and nothing worked. Online, no one mentioned modeling clay as something that could be removed. Troy hit the carpet with 3 times, also manually attacking each piece of embedded clay. Typically that service cost extra because it went beyond the basic carpet cleaning, but since we only had one small room, he gave me a break charged only the base price. Now, the carpet looked brand new - there was not one spot of clay left on the carpet. I would highly recommended using ServicePro Carpet Cleaning - when we need the carpet cleaned again, this is who we'l go with.

There was initially a scheduling miscommunication and they didn't show up. BUT, they were very apologetic and sent a team out right away. It turned out that they couldn't perform the work that day due to painters working in our home. They came out a couple of days later and did a great job! They were very professional and we will definitely use them again. In fact, we are going to call them to do some grout work for us.
