Troy and Robert were fantastic! I talked to Troy when setting up my appointment and got pricing up front so I knew what to expect. Upon arrival at my house (punctual to the minute) Troy and Robert took a look at everything and we discussed what stains on my carpet, chairs, and bathroom tile would be treatable and which stains may not come out. I received a final price before they got started, and they went straight to work. Troy would show me the amount of dirt that came out of my carpet and chair upholstery and it was unbelievable. In my bathroom shower they were able to get mold off my travertine stone that I've battled for years, and recaulked the base of my frameless shower and it looks like new! I felt the pricing was reasonable. I've used other carpet cleaners in the past that cost more and didn't do the job as well. Both Troy (the owner) and Robert were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend ServicePro- I wish they could take care of everything around my house!

The deal that I purchased was for the cleaning and he was trying to sell me a sealant. There were additional charges because they said that my area was bigger than the square footage, which was okay. But, now, I'm noticing that there is a special on Angie's List for $135 for the cleaning and the sealing. They were trying to charge me $143 extra to seal it. I had to pay extra $40 for cleaning the grout. Two technicians came out.

They were very professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy and they provide text message updates for every step of the process.

Very professional and prompt. Cleaned and deodorized my carpet, and revealed to me where my cat, even though I keep a litter box for him, had sprayed urine stains around the house. I will use their service on a regular basis from now on. Thanks Troy and Robert!

They did a great job! I received a text about one hour prior to my appt. They arrived 30 minutes later. (I had moved the light weight furniture because space is limited and didn't want to inconvenience them by trying to decide where everything would go.) They cleaned the sofa and love seat first then did the carpet. In the past I had always done the cleaning myself with my own machine and I was amazed at how clean they were able to get everything. I never got it this clean myself. Everything they cleaned is 26 years old and in really good shape except wear on the traffic patterns. Troy did say that those parts would not come out perfectly and a little discoloration might remain. That is what happened but compared to what it was, and compared to what my machine would do, it was all I could hope for and I am very pleased. Everything smells nice and fresh. I honestly don't think I will ever clean my carpet myself again! They were very polite and informative. (Loved the light Troy used to show me the pet stains.) The price is marked "B" because I feel the price for the sofa and love seat was a little high. I would highly recommend Troy again.

Both of the gentlemen that came to my home were prompt and on-time, they accurately assessed the problems that I was having and then they got started. My son's room was the worse and it was like magic once they finished it. All of the red spots were gone, I was very very pleased with the work that they provided. I would recommend this company to anyone that would like the job done right, it was kinda pricey but for all of the areas and the red stains that needed to be removed I didn't mind paying the cost.

It came out okay. I was a little bit surprised on the light furniture moving; as they didn’t provide any light moving service. If they would have helped with the light furniture that would have been great. Like the modular sofa. It would have made the operation to go a little faster. The heavy stuff stayed in place, none of that moved, which is fine. I understood that.

Just fine. They could have been more easy to schedule an appointment. They did clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to friends.

Troy and Rob are the utmost professionals. They were prompt, attentive to the needs and explained everything BEFORE they began work. The carpets look like new. I had someone stop by that did not know I had the carpets cleaned and asked if I had gotten new carpet. I have since recommended ServicePro carpet cleaning and will continue to do so. When we contacted Troy it was a Saturday outside of his business hours. I sent him a message thru Angie's list and within about 10 - 15 mins he had responded. I left my phone number expecting he will call me on Monday during business hours. But to my surprise he call me that night and we set up an appointment for Wednesday. While on the phone he made sure to explain that some times due to the staining he might not be able to get everything out. Which I was appreciative of. This is how you should run a business set proper expectations. Because of our talk and the fact that this tile had not been professionally cleaned in 8 years. I was sure I would have a lot of staining he could not get out. However what he did was an amazing job and the tile looks almost new. I have 2 small stain areas that did not come out but you have to look close to see them. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone looking for a professional floor cleaning job.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Troy and Rob were. Professional and absolutely courteous. They explained the whole process like pros. I could not have been happier with them and the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get carpets cleaned. They do not try and add extras like salesman. I paid the discounted price and they were more than happy to stand by it. also their communication was awesome. Texted me before, after and a thank you note the next day.

The guys that came were super friendly and did an amazing job to get my carpets looking like new! I thought they were matted but these guys brought my carpets back to life! I'm happy to because I'm getting my home ready for sale.....thank you, guys for fitting me in. I will definitely use you again!!!!

I was impressed and I'm happy. I was impressed that, when we were discussing whether to put down carpet protection, the owner suggested I just not do it if I was in any doubt at all about the safety of my parrot. He could have, and another provider probably would have, offered all kinds of reassurances just to upsell me by that tiny amount! Because of the parrot, I was very concerned about dangerous fumes. The owner was reassuring over the phone that they use citrus-based solutions "for everything", and that they've done plenty of houses with birds. When discussing coming back for tile cleaning & recaulking later, he cautioned me that the grout would never look like-new white again. Once more, I was impressed that he did not make a lot of impossible promises. In fact, he cleaned an inch or two of it this morning just to show me what my realistic expectation of the results should be. I am happy because my carpets look 100% better. The main thing was to get the contamination/smell out, so I really won't know about that until after they've dried. But they do seem to have resolved the problem. And once more, before they started they were realistic: He pointed out a stain that would be permanent. They were on time, called to let me know when they were en route, set up quickly after the walk through, and were out in about an hour. They were friendly and polite. And I got a look at the tank before they left: What they pulled out of my carpets was appalling. I have a dog that has long, silky black hairs which she sheds at an amazing rate. And a parrot who puts off a lot of dust. They informed me that the norm is to have one's carpets cleaned every six months -- I had no idea. But I definitely will be working this very reasonable fee into the budget and having them back this winter.

Service Pro was excellent. I was having scheduling problems with the house keeping service I had scheduled earlier in the day. They were very accommodating on the timing. They even arrived a little early and were willing to work with me until the house keepers were done. They cleaned that carpet to the point where it looked brand new. They were friendly, professional, prompt, and I had no complaints with the work that was completed. I should have called them before I was moving out. A big thank you to Service Pro for making my move a little less stressful. Too bad they don't offer A+ as an option.

I called this morning and spoke directly with a individual instead of a recording and was told that if I did not mind the appt would have to be around 3pm! After speaking to many companies and being told that the first opening would be July 29th, I was pleasantly surprised. Robert called before arriving and went right to work. The price was right too! I will be calling this company again for more work in the future. The carpet looks amazing and smells wonderful.

I can say that my floors are significantly cleaner. The grout is not white like new as I had hoped, but it is very old tile. They allowed me to watch and I loved seeing all the dirt come up. They also cleaned and sealed the tile in my kitchen (newer tile) and it looks great. Both men were friendly and showed respect for my home. It was a pleasure.

They called and arrive an hour early. That was great. They came in and looked at the area and then proceeded to spray spot removal and then steam cleaned the carpet. They showed me photos of the before and then the after side by side. Amazing to see how much dirt one has in carpet. When they finished they advised me to leave the ceiling fans on for awhile to make sure all areas were dry. The floor seemed dry within about an hour.

This is the second time we've used ServicePro Carpet Cleaning. They do a great job, they are honest about assessments, they are punctual, and they do quality work. ServicePro is indeed a professional carpet cleaning service. We'll absolutely use again.

I scheduled ServicePro on a Tuesday and received a Thursday appt which I thought was great. The technician arrived on time and was courteous. In my mind I was taking advantage of their 3 area special for $99 (even though I really only had 2 areas) 1 15x15 room and one set of stairs 17 steps with landing. Their minimum charge was $99 and I was fine with that thinking the steps would have counted as my 1 or possibly 2 areas. When the technician quoted me $163 for the small room plus steps, I put the brakes on the deal and contacted Troy. Wow, did I get an earful. I expressed my concern over the price and got a VERYVERY longwinded justification for their pricing and how back breaking it was to do stairs. I also got an education on how professional his technicians were and they were not a Joe Blow from off the streets they had licenses and accreditations. I was fine with all that information but what I wasn't fine with was the price for such a small job ,so I asked if there was any concession he was willing to make on his price to save the deal. Unfortunately Troy was unwilling to budge at all on his price. As a business owner I know that pride will get you nothing when it comes to the bottom line . Even a mere $20 break would have demonstrated his willingness to work with me on a price that I considered unfair. Instead I sent his technician packing for a loss in his profit and time. The next day I called Stanley Steemer and gave them the exact dimensions of my areas and they quoted me $99.86. No special offers deals or coupons and they did a great job and I could not be happier with the price.
