Showed up promptly. Was courteous and careful in my home. Wore appropriate mask and gloves to protect himself and my family. Completed the repair quickly and documented the make and model of my appliance in case future repairs are required, eliminating the need for a special trip to diagnose future problems.

Preston explained the problem and told us the cost and parts needed. He fixed it, but after he left, it started squeaking again and thumping. He came back the next day and corrected the problem. He saw another issue and ordered the part and fixed that. He charged a very reasonable price and told us beforehand if it was a certain part, it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. I don’t like buying new appliances when I have an older, solidly built one. Preston is honest, very professional, and a bit of a perfectionist. He went beyond what I expected, and I would definitely call him again. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Preston was quick, efficient, professional and very accommodating. The only reason I didn't rate him excellent in punctuality was because he works for himself and his last client had him running late for the time window he gave me. I certainly didn't mind at all because he was so awesome! I would definitely hire him and support owner/operator/local business. But, please know you may have to be flexible with his busy schedule. I will definitely use his service again and will tell all my friends!!

Mr. Banks stayed in contact with me and let me know how far away he was from my house. When he arrived I showed him the washing maching and explained what was going on and he got strait to work. He had asked me prior to showing up to text him my model number so he could read up on some known issues which I did. Within a few minutes he had discovered my problem, showed it to me and explained why it was giving me issues. He told me that he would need to order a small part and that he would be back in 2 days. He came out today and fixed it and it seems to be good as new again. Very respectful, and very polite.

Fantastic, worked 3 hours and did outstanding job.

I called Preston around 1:45 in the afternoon, he came to my house within 15 minutes and repaired my leaking fridge all within an hour and fifteen minutes. I gladly paid him especially since he also let me of a repair I may need in the future without pressuring me into getting the repair done the same day. I will be calling Preston when that part needs replacing.

Since it is the 4th of July, I wasn’t expecting anyone to schedule any repairs today. My ice maker leaked onto my hardwood floor which caused a huge buckle so it was an emergency. I took a chance and called Mr. Banks. He answered the phone and scheduled the repair for today. He came immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what was happening and fixed the concern. He also updated the waterline too! Mr. Banks is very professional, courteous, prompt and efficient.
