My refrigerator went out on Saturday evening. Out of 3 appliance repair companies, Banks Appliance Repair was the only company to answer my phone call. Preston was extremely friendly and we set up a visit for the following Monday. He was able to locate the problem quickly, ordered the parts necessary, and came back at 7pm the next day to finish the job. The dedication to his work was amazing. I would highly recommend Banks for any appliance repair work.

Great service from Banks. We used them 7 years ago and got great, reasonable service. All these years later, different appliance, and same, reliable, punctual service. Mr. Banks explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He answered my call and told me what time to expect him that same day, and arrived on time, calling when he was on the way. He gave recommendations for what to do and explanation for what had gone wrong.
