Description of Work: Removed six medium trees and one very big tree that required a crane.

Description of Work: We had several large trees (about 13) cut from our yard. Ryan's did a great job. They were here at about 10 am and were finished by 4 pm. The crew was friendly and very task oriented. The trees were close to the house so they had to pay attention to detail when cutting them. |The whole experience was great from the estimate to the results. The guys with the company are nice and friendly. The prices are not bad. They carry some really good insurance so they are mid ranged for pricing. But they do a great job. So far I've had them come to the house twice and I'm saving up for them to come again.

Description of Work: Ryans Tree Service stands above the rest. They were courteous, punctual, and professional. The price of there service was reasonable. They removed three trees and clean-up in less than 6 hours. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on a house that I am purchasing and asked if they could go out since the house is empty and give me an estimate. I told them exactly the trees that needed to be removed. They went out and contacted me and gave me a price that I was happy with and agreed to send an estimate to my e-mail account...Never got the estimate. I called them no less that 4 times to request that he call me back or send me the estimate. Every time I got their recording, never a human. On the last call I told them that I would assume if they did not call me back by that Friday that they were not interested in my business...They never called back. This is really strange because we used them before and they were great for 2 trees that we had removed at out current home. I read the reviews on Kudzu.com and saw several negative reviews that Ryan responded to in a rather nasty way and that should have been enough to turn me off but since we had a good experience in the past I thought it would be ok. Boy was I wrong, Never Again:(
