We were extremely happy with the work that was performed. Very fair price for the work we asked them to perform. The men were very professional and hard-working. They completed the work in a timely manner and it was topped off when my wife came home and said "I thought Ryan Tree was here today. The yard is spectacular." The cleanup was just as good as the work that was performed. We will use Ryan Tree again in the future.

We were very pleased with Ryan Tree Service. The work was completed in a timely manner. The crew was professional, polite and very cooperative. They cleaned up after completion and left the site better than they found it. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to a friend or family member.

Job went well and they did a good job of clean up. Left chips for future use.

Excellent. The team they sent was very professional and easy to work with. They were careful to avoid injuring adjacent trees. This is the 2nd time we have used them and would definitely use them again. They also cleaned up the work area before they left. We were very pleased.

Hired them for 2 jobs Trees were removed as promised, but damage to fence during first removal and stump grinding was not repaired and stump grinding was never completed after 2nd removal. Left them several messages and emails to get them to complete the 2nd job, They never replied!!!!!Only paid them for the first job, so will be spending their 2nd fee for repair to fence and to pay for remaining stump grinding work.

They used the mechanic cutter that was placed in our driveway in front of the house. They cut trees in backyard by lifting tree limbs over the house into the street. Every thing went great,i was fearful of them dropping the cut trees on our home as they lifted over my house. GREAT JOB RYAN TREE!!

Ryan Tee Service Inc. did an estimate for me on 7/29/2016. When I called them back a couple months later to schedule the job, I asked them about a previous job they did on 6/1/2016. I paid $800.00 to have them remove a large tree. That job went well but I noticed I didn't get an Angie's List discount. This despite telling them I was a member. So when I called to schedule the job from the 7/29/2016 estimate, where an Angie's List discount had been applied, I asked them was it possible to apply the discount I did not get on the previous job to this new job. The receptionist told me she would have to ask the owner and he would call me back. I called them three times. To date, no one has returned my call. I was very disappointed considering I was a previous customer.

I scheduled an appointment for a tree pruning estimate on Wednesday and the receptionist verified that Ryan's serviced my area (College Park). Approximately 45 minutes before scheduled service (Thursday), I called Ryan's to confirm the meeting time. The receptionist placed me on hold and then informed me Ryan indicated that College Park was too far for him to travel. Although she profusely apologized, I don't appreciate taking time off from work and lack of advance notice for the cancellation. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism.

Scheduled appointment for Monday, August 1 between 5 - 5:30 p.m. No one showed for the appointment. No one called to cancel/reschedule the appointment. I called Ryan Tree Service Office Tuesday, August 2 to inquire about the missed appointment. The woman on the phone apologized and said that 'Ryan' was supposed to have come out to my house. She said she would call Ryan and get right back with me. It is now Wednesday morning - and I have not heard back from Ryan Tree Service. Will not be calling them again.

Ryan came highly recommended by my neighbors. I wanted an estimate from them for this work for precisely that reason. Apparently they were very busy at the time, though, because they didn't respond to my Angie's list message. I called them directly - twice - to ask them to estimate the work, and they did a few days later. Of the three estimates I received, they were in the middle, and I went with the lowest quote.

Of the two phone numbers listed the second one is where I consistently got someone to answer. A woman who works in the on-site office answering questions and scheduling services. She informed me I could come pick-up a load of firewood anytime during office hours (closed an hour for lunch between noon and 1) however, if I wanted someone to load the wood into my truck I should call ahead to make sure someone was around to do that. My sister and I showed up the next morning and drove back to a giant mountain of firewood. Even though we didn't call ahead a man was there to help us. He would have loaded it all by himself, but we helped, and filled my short bed pretty quickly. He refused to take the tip I offered. Prices vary depending on whether you want the wood delivered and how big your truck is. $85 for more than a half cord is a great price. The wood is fine, a mix of pine and oak mainly. A few pieces have a fungus growing on em so I tossed those aside, but the rest is good, clean firewood. I currently have it stacked up in our sun room...it will dry out nicely there and be perfect for lots of fires inside and out this fall and winter.

It did not go. After hiring him, he started postponing the work. It got to the point that he was not returning my calls. After about a month and a half, a fellow called and said that he was asked to finish the job. By this time I was frustrated enough to say "Go ahead." His company came out immediately and did everything that the first company promised, except they never returned with the mulch that I was promised.

Badly Must not need work?

The service was good. It was very cost efficient. They were polite and courteous.

Everything went fine. I had to get powder disconnected and they disconnected phone and cable. They were very professional and did a good job. Yard was cleaned up and the next day someone came and took the big logs. I am waiting to have stumps ground after gas line is marked. The only problem was when they re-connected the phone and cable, they did the phone wires incorrectly and I had to contact AT&T to come out and connect wires correctly. I was without phone and internet from Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. Other than that there were no problems and everything looks good. I would definitely use them again.

The guys came out and gave a quote that matched other quotes we had gotten. They noticed a problem with a tree we had not noticed before and were very specific with what they would do. Spent a lot of time with us before even hiring them. We agreed on the service and a crew came within a few days to remove our four trees. The guys were friendly, worked quickly to remove the trees, dumped the mulch where we asked and cleaned up after they were done. What more could you ask. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Good company to work with.

It went very well, gave me a very reasonable quote. Ryan underbid the other company. They did a good job, cut down the tree.

I needed two trees removed, received multiple quotes with prices all over the board. Decided Ryan Tree Service would be the last company before selecting a vendor. Ryan came out (owner's son I presume, also named Ryan) did a good job of conveying scope of the work, what to expect and had the best price! I was traveling during the days of service, the initial removal went fine, they had to return after the weekend to complete removal (one call for an update went un-returned by Ryan Jr.) Then they sent their stump grinder out and we encountered communication problems. The grinding was not deep enough, nor were the roots chased, as promised. A couple calls went back and forth, some were returned days later by Ryan Jr. I finally called the office and within minutes had a return call from Ryan Jr. and a meeting setup for that afternoon. He inspected the work and agreed with me it needed more from their company. They returned, completed the work without further problem and the job was complete. I spoke with Ryan about the communication problems, told him his customers need better response times and direct communication. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again, I think Ryan Jr. just needed to understand communication, during the job, is important. That said, I believe he got the message.

They cut the trees and said someone else would be back the next day to grind the stumps and clean the debris. I asked them to call before they came and they did not. The person drove through the lawn damaging the lawn with the vehicle. They ground the stump but did not clear the debris and it killed large areas of in my lawn. I called and asked to speak to the owner but never heard back from him. The estimate was for $700, I sent a check for $600 again explaining my unhappiness but again heard nothing back from them.

They were very good. They were on-time. They did a very good clean-up. I was very happy with them. The price was reasonable.

The crew showed up on time. Went right to the backyard and started trimming the limbs I had requested to be trmmed. The crew was very efficient and professional and even removed a few smaller limbs that I hadn't requested but needed to be trimmed at no extra charge. Then an additional two guys showed up. Things got a little crazy, some arguing. I called the office and told them about it and they corrected it immediately and apologized. The completed the work in the front yard (cut down several large trees), asked me if there was anything else I needed done and then left. They worked out a payment plan with me since I really didn't have the $800 to pay all at once. I would definitely use this company again.

They removed the three limbs to my satisfaction. I was disappointed to read subsequently on Angie's list that they had a senior's discount but did not offer it to me.

Ryan's estimator was responsive, professional and friendly. The price I was given was very competetive with other tree services. The work was completed at the date scheduled and the trees were removed with no issues or problems. We were very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

I referred them to my mother because I know they do a good job. My mother had been calling them and they never return her calls. She called them again this morning, according to their ad, they service metro Atlanta. They finnally called this morning and they said they don't cover the southside of Atlanta. If they are not going to service people here then they need to take Metro Atlanta out of their advertisement.
