They did a fantastic job!!! Great communication, was on time, very thorough, did what was promised and a couple extras.

It was not well. I would never deal with them again. They came out and told me I have to spend $6000 for a new system. I've got another company not from Angie's List. They came out and they said I just need some more Freon. That fixed it. I guess they were friendly enough. They should give me a true diagnostic. Basically, I paid for a lie.

Ben was great. The first company who came out and assessed our air conditioner wrote on his assessment that "Will need new AC". He told my wife it would be between $5-6000. Ben came out late in the day, spent a lot of time deducing exactly what the problem was, and fixed it. Could not have been happier. He worked diligently to diagnose and fix our problem and was very professional. We are customers for life with Triad.

Paul was professional and knowledgeable he quickly swapped out the bad capacitor with a new one and my AC was back to blowing cool air again.

Immediately saw the issue (leaky coil unit). Suggested replacement of entire unit because the system is outdated and corroded. As the cost is too high for me to replace at the time ( between $2 1/2k-4k), I decided to go with a temporary fix (recharging the system). With fair warnings, the repairman did advise me that it was "only temporary and not a fix." He did suggest some great financial options their company have to offer, yet I declined. If my system soon does fail again, I will revisit those financial options.

I have a brand new AC and Thermostat but an old furnace (11 years old). My AC is less than a year old and still under warranty but I wanted an unbiased third party to tell my why my AC would only run early mornings or late evenings regardless of the temperature setting of my thermostat. I wasn't sure if there was another problem with my AC (I had several problems within 30 days of installation that it took the company almost 45 days to finally resolve) or if the problem was my furnace. Bottom line, I didn't want the same company that sold me an AC to tell me that I now needed to buy a new furnace. Someone from Triad called me the same day I found them on Angie's list and scheduled an appointment. Anthony Called me the morning of to let me know he was on the way. When he got there he listened to my concerns, then performed a thorough check on my AC, furnace and the thermostat. He advised me that both systems were working well. He informed me that there are settings on a thermostat that can cause issues and went through some of the thermostat features with me. I adjusted the adaptive intelligent recovery setting on my thermostat and I haven't had a problem since. I feel like the company and service was very professional. I will call Triad when it's time to replace my furnace.

They were quick to respond and Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and AC was back to working in no time! Will use their services again and recommend to others.

Triad Mechanical won my business for life. My AC had a part that needed to be replaced, that was a pretty normal routine. But the reason why I say that they won my business for life, it is because the amazing costumer service and dedication that both Kim and Anthony displayed during the transaction. Anthony was extremely courteous and professional. He was on time and quick at assessing the issue and most important solving it. Although my issue was addressed rapidly, it only took a phone call from both Anthony and Kim to know that they appreciate my business and because of that I will continue to do so with them.

Triad installed a new furnace for me in January 2016. It worked fine, but when I turned on the AC two days ago, it didn't cool. The AC had been installed in 2015 by somebody the seller of my house had hired. I wasn't able to find the person who installed the AC, so I called Triad. A workman happened to be nearby so came to take a look at 7 pm, found an easy fix, and got the AC running right, with no additional charge, because he said they should have checked the thermostat wiring in the first place. (Most companies wouldn't have confessed that, and then would have charged me again, right?) Original furnace charge in January was about $1900 for a Goodman 80,000 BTU furnace with permit included. Great customer service!

The technician showed up exactly when promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain why my room wasn't getting the proper amount of heat during the winter. He provided me with several options to correct the situation so we could keep the cost affordable. He also installed two thermostats and did a great job explaining how to program them.

I called triad to get an estimate for a new furnace unit only. Kyle came and gave me 3 different options to choose and I decided to get the AC and Heating Unit. The installation took 4-6 hours. The AC works great and I am very satisfied with the service. A big thanks to Kyle, Scott and Kim for being so professionals and provide a very good service.

Anthony immediately determined that the unit had frozen. He then had to turn on the heat to thaw it out. Yes, the heat, with the outside temp of 95. He warned me about it but said it was necessary. He thoroughly checked both units and determined they both needed freon. He also told me about their annual preventative maintenance program, Value Care Club. It sounded like what I needed and he was able to apply the 25% off to the current visit.

Everything went well. I?m still waiting for them to give me a book on the thermostat.

Service was punctual and was able to work around my appointment time in order to provide service for my A/C unit. He helped put refrigerant in my system that was running low and helped provide insight on how my A/C was running.
