The fan on the furnace continued to run blowing cool air. We had several people come out and change different parts but did not fix the problem costing us money each time. Then we were told that we needed a new furnace so I called Triad. My husband and I were in total disbelief when Paul said the problem was the ignition which was less than $300 totall. Paul saved us thousands of dollars. When it is time to replace it Triad WILL be called.

I had a great experience with Triad Mechanical. I needed to get an appointment scheduled in a tight window and they were very accommodating. Ben Buckner did the work at my house and was terrific. He keep me posted as to when he would arrive and even got to the house early. He completed the work on my heating system promptly and keep me informed as to what needed to be done. He recommended a few things I could complete myself, to not have another service call. I ended up setting up a yearly maintenance contract for my HVAC system with Triad. I thought Triad's pricing was very fair.

Great filter change Everything else was fine

Triad recommended I purchase a new unit as my old unit had an ongoing Freon leak. I agreed and 2 days later they came and put in the new unit. The work was done professipnally and in accordance with my high expectations. I would use them again.

I called the other day for price comparison with other competitors and I talked to Ms Kim Burr. Kim was very knowledgeable about the products and her customer service skills were amazing. I will be using this company as of now and for future projects

Other system was breaking down, they came in and pulled out old equipment and installed a brand new Trane system. Did it in less than a full day. New system working great.

They replaced 2 thermostats, found bare wire on upstairs, cleaned out drain that was stopped up.

Anthony is always professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrives on-time, gets right to work, and makes me aware of what he has done and any recommendations he has for improving our HVAC. He also gives me a “heads up” if he sees anything to be on the lookout for before his next regular checkup. Also, anytime I have interacted with the office on the phone, everyone has been helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Triad Mechanical to any family and friends!

First visit was excellent; the guy was on time and told me a lot about my heating system I didn't know (I just bought this house and the previous owner left me no information on any appliances or the HVAC system); plus he checked to ensure that it is working well and changed my filters. He told me that he will be my regular technician, meaning he will always be the one to come to my house; I prefer that to seeing a stranger every time I get service. This was just my first experience with Triad, will report back if my level of satisfaction changes.

They gave me some options that I could go with, but they were working with a particular company and they gave them a discount, so they also discounted for me. They were using a particular brand that they use quite a bit, so they if I used that same brand it would be like $1,000.00 less. There are other more well-known brands I guess you could say. I didn't have a problem with the price. I guess I can't complain. I'm using them again. They are coming in to put the filters in and everything.

They're a young company and they seem to really know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable and very efficient. They try to give you options where you can choose the best course of action. They are very easy to talk to. Great to communicate with.

It was great as usual! Our regular service tech, Anthony, called on his way, arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, and conducted his job with expedience and professionalism! I would definitely recommend Triad Mechanical to our family and friends. I don't know if their is more than one office, but we use the one out of Loganville.

They were pretty thorough. The guy was extra careful because he was new and tried to do it by the book. He completed everything in about 15 minutes. It didn't take that long. The space was left clean when he was finished. I wasn't thrilled about the price but felt that it was competitive. I stopped using them because it was too expensive.

Great. He was on time, knowledgeable and did not try to rip us off for his own best interest.

Confirmed it could be the board but recommended a complete furnace replacement and offered two very expensive options in the thousands. I had the board replaced by another service and the unit has worked fine ever since.
