Triad Mechanical’s service is top notch. We have used them for several years and every experience has been a good one. They are very quick to have someone out for service. Their technicians are professional and courteous and they explain the issue and options to fix the issue in a easy to understand manner. Anthony and Ben, in particular, were great to work with and provided first class customer service. They have a customer for life.

Triad made fixing my AC unit as painless as possible. Every interaction I had with them was positive and I was impressed with how quick their service was. Hands down outstanding customer service. Hopefully my AC doesn’t need any more fixing in the near future but if it does, I know who to call!

David came out and recommended the option of adding freon to my system so it would last through the summer. I agreed to this as I need my system back on. He did this and it cost $425. The system only worked for a day. I called them and spoke to a manager, who sent out David again, who told me that my system had a leak and all of the freon that was supposed to last through the summer had leaked out in just a day. I called the manager and asked for some kind of refund as they had given me bad advice for the fix. I even offered to cover the cost of labor for the fix of they paid for the freon. They said they would check with their boss and I still have not heard anything since Friday morning. I would really like this situation to be resolved.

As a realtor, I often encounter homes needing new HVACs or repairs. I constantly recommend Triad Mechanical to my clients because they are fast and affordable! Last week, I had a competing business give me a quote for a new AC for the basement. They quoted $7000. I immediately called Kaylee at Triad to see if they could give us a quote as well. They came out the next day and within fifteen minutes my seller received an estimate with almost $2500 savings! Needless to say, we will be moving ahead with Triad!

My very old AC unit stopped working and a really nice, knowledgeable man came out and fixed it. He could’ve tried to sell me on a brand new unit, but he fixed it and told me it should be good to go. I haven’t had a single problem since then! Triad saved me money and did it with a smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
