Description of Work: My tenant's furnace went out. It took a couple of days to get an appointment. However, once there, they were able to get it running again. They let me know what was about to wear out and some options from repair to replacement. I thought they did a good job and did not try to hard sell me into something.

Description of Work: Spring tune-up of two air conditioning units. They were punctual, fast, and easy to work with in every regard. My A/C unit has an odd size air filter, and the technician remembered this from his previous visit and brought two filters of the correct size with him this time so that I will have one for next time. I will continue to use them for AC maintenance.

Description of Work: He did a thorough job. Checked A/C, replaces filter, cleans and inspects. Only charged one time for connecting and lighting furnace in winter when he was last here and then also when he comes back twice for one year's servicing. A 25% discount applies for any problems to come back for.
