I had no ac in the house. It was on Memorial Day and they came out. I thought I was going to need to replace the ac but, he told me that I just needed to replace the coil and condenser. He didn’t charge me the service fee. He did not push or try to hard sell me. The pricing was very fair and I didn’t even look at any other service providers. I was more than happy with him. He saves me a couple thousand dollars by not trying to sell me a new unit.

This company is absolutely rip off! I asked for their services by reading positive reviews on Angie's List. Actually my AC was low on refrigerant but the technician (Kyle) tried to mislead me by saying that the contactor-relay was faulty. He asked me $237.37 for Emerson 94-388 contactor, which one can buy from market for under 10 bucks Plus $70/lb for the refrigerant. When I pointed out that he was overcharging me a $10 component for $237, he bluntly told me that they overcharge it from their customers on their manager's (Scott) instructions. I told him that I didnt want repair services from them. I paid them $39 for the service call. Since I didnt use their repair service, the technician was so unprofessional that he threw the invoice on the ground instead of giving in my hand. I will never use their service again! P.S:- I got my AC unit repaired through another company by paying $65 (diagnostic fee) and $50(refrigerant). The contactor was never faulty and my unit is working just fine.

I bought a big deal for this service and it worked out pretty well. They told me my unit was older so it just needed to be cleaned. That fixed it. They came out about two weeks after I bought the deal.

Overall service was fantastic. Several areas of improvement for the system was pointed out including where there were leaks. Very knowledgeable and professional.

On time - very professional - checked out the problem and explained its resolution. resolved the issue. Found that there was a bad wiring connection and some of the wiring was stripped. Fixed all problems with wiring.

It turned out real good. They did a good job. Another company came out and said that my main board had gone bad. It's almost $500-$600, so I got a second opinion. Triad came out and they found out that it was just a heat sensor or something. The big deal price was $39. It was $175 altogether, but they took the $39 off. They are a good company. They know what they are doing. They give us a fair price because of Angie's List. That thing was hard to find, and he had to call his boss and they just got on the telephone while they were down there. They are the only one I will call back.

Jamie came on time, examined the problem and explained everything so I understood all my options. He repaired the problem for a fair price. He was courteous and friendly.

The tech, Brian was excellent. We called because the downstairs furnace stopped working and we had no heat on the first floor. Brian arrived about 2 hours after we called and was very professional. He ran a diagnostic test and replaced a capacitor that had burned out on our furnace. The capacitor looks like a $20 part but the hold service cost $212.37. I would highly recommend Brian because he did a great job and we had heat in 15 minutes.

He was punctual, professional and to the point. Very nice.

It was exactly that -- a check only. As in they looked everything over, pointed out some things that might be a problem in the future, but did no work beyond the examinatyion, even simple stuff like change the filter, blow dust off the fan casing, etc. Disappointing.

They came and did the job. It was okay. They came, they called me, and they let me know. I was not present, but my tenant was. They called me while I was in New York, and they were in Georgia, to let me know what was going on, and they did it. They did a good job.

Was on time (Jamie Durham), thorough, and best of all- I have heat.

I called Fred on the morning of 12/23/14 and got an immediate response. They came out same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Everything went well. Jamie was very professional and explained how the encapsulation in the crawl space could be affecting the oxygen levels for combustion. We talked about either calling the City of Buford or a plumber. Jamie also recommended buying two carbon monoxide plug in units for main floor and upstairs. After he left I called City of Buford but all they would do was cut off the gas; so called a plumber instead. I was very lucky that Jamie discovered the leak and that a plumber was available in about an hour who also confirmed the leak and was able to repair it as well as the ignition or I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep at all last night!
