I get comments from neighbors that my yard looks better then other yards treated by other companies.

We have been using them for 3 months and have seen some improvement. They have been very responsive to requests to come back out to property between scheduled visits to address concerns.

The lawn treatments of fertilizer and pre-emergent herbicide provided are appropriate and beneficial to a Bermuda grass lawn. I used Top Tuff for approximately 7 years, but have now discontinued their services because of poor customer service and the cost of their core aeration services. The company operates with a schedule that suites its interest and not the interest of the homeowner. They routinely failed to notify me in advance of treatments. In the past couple of years they applied a pre-emergent herbicide in August well before it is appropriate in the Atlanta area. I have a very small yard and the full cost of core aeration has increased to $260.00 per year. The fall aeration for 1300 sq. ft. with no over seeding was $130.00. Their treatment to control poa annua is not effective.

My bermuda looks great. The fescue is just pathetic looking through no fault of Top Turf. I have had no issues with the technicans. My complaint is how I was treated by a manager with this company when I called to discuss a price discrepancy on a quote. I was told that it would be $290 to aerate and overseed my backyard which is what I have paid for the past several years. I asked that they come out to remeasure my yard as I had added some hardscape thus REDUCING the amount of fescue to be aerated and overseeded. Very shocked to receive a quote for $540 for something that I had paid $290 for. No offer to come out and remeasure. I have since had 3 other companies come out to measure and estimate. Top Turf's measurements were incorrect by 7,000 sq ft!!! I guess they don't care to lose a customer. I have been with them since 2002 and have spent close to $7,000 with them over the years. I will gladly give my business and money to someone else at this point given how I was treated.

treatments did not work. i have the worst lawn on the block. people who don't use a professional have better looking lawns. something isn't right.

Lawn looks better than it has in 5 years. Would definitely recommend this company to homeowners.

They come and do the work and leave a note stating the status of the lawn. At this point I don’t agree with their opinion because I still have quite a few weeds in my lawn but they think I only need one more treatment. I’m tentative about the continuation of their services.

We have a have had only three applications so far but the lawn looks so much better and they have a very good price compared to the other 4 companies that we had quote our lawn

Top Turf had the best sounding service program, but was also the highest estimate. I thought I would give them a try and after the first and only service, my lawn had never looked so bad before. There were dead grass streaks in my Bermuda lawn which appeared to be weed killer sprayed accidentally. There were also areas where there was an over concentration of fertilizer applied that burnt my lawn. I asked for the brown patch fungus in the back yard to be addressed, which did not happen. I'm not sure the technician even walked in the back yard when he came out for the service. I had to call for the service manager to come out to address the brown patch problem. The service manager responded promptly. Top Turf is probably a good company. I think the problem was with the technician, possibly inexperienced.

Outstanding. Lawn has never looked so good. Also provided excellent advice about many aspects of gardening.

They came out immeditately to give me a price on treating 2 properties. I asked them to start one of the properties as soon as possible but the other property was just treated the week before. We discussed this both over the phone and in person. After 2 weeks went by and they did not show up I called. I spoke to Mike. He said they did it in reverse. I said what will you do about it. I could not get him to give me an answer. He was not particularly concerned in his approach but was in my opinion confrontational when I asked him what he will do about it. Terrible experience!!!

They come out to our house periodically and we started using their services about a year ago. We are on a yearly contract with them. They are dependable, cost efficient and are good. They always leave us a note when they come explaining what they did. They are very conscientious too.

They are treating the weeds, feeding the lawn and over seeding. I am really quite satisfied with them. We deal at arm’s length meaning that they will call me and tell me that they are coming to treat the lawn. They show up and do it. I never see them. I know they do it because they leave a receipt at the door to tell me that they have done the work. My lawn is improving. The places where I could not grow grass before are sprouting. My lawn looks much better. They are really doing a fine job with it. The price is about average.

They come out and put the weed killers and do general lawn work. Everything is going well. Originally we had problems with the way they communicated with us but they have improved. They try to improve upon their communication whenever they come out for their site visits. I am not yet satisfied with the look of our lawn because we still have a lot of work to do, but there is some improvement.

After only three treatments, we are cancelling the service. First of all, the lawn looks worse now than when we started. We would have continued working with them, realizing these things do take time. However, the problem occurred when we had a large outbreak of weeds. I called and they came out for a treatment. The service specialist told me these particular weeds were hard to kill and that they would need to come back in two weeks and retreat. After three weeks went by and noone had come back, I began calling them. It took me three phone calls to get someone to come back out - and by now it had been four weeks since the intial weed treatment. They sent a supervisor out for this visit. In addition to the weed retreatment (which being two weeks late I doubt had any effect), we asked why our lawn looked so bad - with several large brown areas. He said we had a fungus in one part of the lawn and drought damage in another part of the lawn. First we ever heard of that - and this was their 4th visit! My questions are: Why did it take 3 phone calls and 4 weeks to get someone back out there when they were supposed to be there in 2 weeks? If our lawn has fungus and/or drought damage, why wouldn't our regular service tech mention that and prescribe a treatment? Why did we have to have a supervisor to tell us why our lawn wasn't improving? In the literature they leave after each visit, it even states that although fungicide treatments are provided at additional charge if requested, "If your specialist notices disease in your lawn he will leave you a note". We never received any note, and our lawn continued to go downward.

The workers from Top Turf are very knowledgeable. Their treatments work. They come out on their own schedule and it works out well. They are very courteous and they show up.

We like them a lot. They are very prompt and they come on a regular basis. They come in a big truck, do the work quickly, and then leave a note on the door about what they did, what you should do, how long you need to water and how long you need to wait for watering and cutting. They are informative and kind, and it’s nice to have the notes on the door. We have a big lawn and the price is about $360 - it’s actually no more than what is charged elsewhere. They just come and do their work because they know what they need to do, and when you call their office, they’re courteous.

If you still have weeds after they treat your yard they will come back and retreat.

The newsletter that they provide with their service is very helpful on how to keep your lawn looking good throughout the year. It is full of helpful tips and pointers on lawn maintenance. They always give you specific tips for your lawn.

Great...we switched over after having bad service with another lawn service.

They have been treating my lawn for two years now and they are not thorough. There have been no results. I still have weeds and crab grass and they have poor customer service. The only thing that was sort of reasonable was the price. I am on the verge of firing them. I am currently shopping for a new company.

Our yard looks good and our shrubs and plants are pest free. The workers show up when they say they are going to and are polite to deal with. I cannot recall the price of the service but I do feel it is rather expensive. If we have a specific issue with the lawn they do listen and will do their best to solve the problem.

I feel that they tend to work out quite well for me. If I have nay problems, I call them and they come out right away. The charge all depends on the size of the yard. Really, it is actually how many square foot your yard is for them to determine a charge. Also it depends on how much you need done. They come to my home once a month. They are very good and I am happy with them.

WE really like this lawn care company. They have been in this area for a while now. They are very responsible about showing up on time. They do not leave a mess. They communicate well and I am totally happy with them.

They do the job right, and if you still have any weeds they ll come back at no extra charge. Their price is very competitive and he is open to negotiating. They always pick up the phone and you know that they ll be on time. In comparison with different companies I have used they offer the best value. I pay on-line which is very handy also.
