Description of Work: It's a bit early to provide this review based on quality so I checked N/A... I have hired Top Turf for lawn treatments. Since the lawn is dormant, it is difficult to tell if their services will yield the proper results until Spring is here. We are currently trying to get the weeds under control and Top Turf has been very responsive on repeat (free) treatments and surveys as needed. I do feel they could be more communicative. They are to call ahead to advise when they will be here. They do do that but only 50% of the time. In addition, I contacted them for pest control quote and still have NOT received a call back. That did surprise me because given the "economic climate", I would think they would jump at the chance to add additional services.. hence additional revenue. The call was made over a month ago and unfortunately I never received a call so I will be going another direction for pest control.
