Chuck's Moving & Delivery Service

The company was very professional. They communicated with me immediately after purchasing the "deal" on Angies List. The moving crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They set a time in front of me to ensure that they were working for the amount of time that they stated they would. The men on the crew were very nice, polite, and professional. They moved the furniture quickly. They were also kind and friendly to my father at a time when he was anxious about moving. Their professionalism eased my father's mind as well as my own.

The moving team was very professional, no nonsense, and outstanding quality of work. They never took a break, and took extremely great care of our stuff. They even used a smartphone to time our move to insure that they did not overcharge us. It was an outstanding experience.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. All of my furniture was wrapped and tapped. There were several large pieces that had to be moved down stairs and through an awkward doorway but they did it without any damage to the furniture or walls.

They were very good. They came out to give me an estimate so that I was surprised on moving. They were very friendly and professional. They each introduced themselves personally. The owner was available on site. I will use them again in the future.

Chuck and his crew took wonderful care of us and all our processions. They showed up on time and in good spirits. All of our belongings were very well cared for by the movers. All necessary supplies were provided, ie: moving blankets, packing tape, and sheet plastic for wrapping couches. They were very mindful of the time throughout the entire process. We actually finished up with about 15 minutes extra to spare in my prepaid deal. There was a $60 fuel charge. The charge was not mentioned in the Angie's List deal, but Chuck informed me prior to scheduling the move. He can accept payment via cash, card, or check on the day of your service. I would absolutely use Chuck and his company again in the future, though hopefully we will not be moving again any time soon!

The move was very fast. They moved large pieces of furniture and wrapped each piece with moving blankets and shrink wrap. They then reassembled the furniture. They only charged us for the time they were here and the standard gas requirement. We were so happy with them that we hired them to move my Mother.

It went fantastic! They were very courteous, stayed within the 3 hour time frame we purchased and explained all options PRIOR to the move. We ended up signing up for provided insurance and extra costs were not overly excessive ($60 for destination charge should be mentioned in the fine print of the angle's list deal, but was not abnormal).

All went well, no damages or accidents. They were very careful on the hardwood flooring at both places. I want to THANK Chuck for a very successful move. Pray that I don't have to move again, but if I have to I will call Chuck's Moving. Very Happy Customer!!!!

They were one hour late. Chuck did call and informed he would be late on arrival. It took longer than I expected from start to finish. Their price is above average. I had the same amount of stuff moved for $320 and theirs was $400.

these guys were great. They picked up the furniture downtown and delivered it to two locations. A real pleasure to work with. Will definitely use them in the future.

I went hunting for a deal for an in-town mover, and I was pleasantly surprised! Scheduling was easy, the crew arrived on time, handled the truck fine, moved all my heavy furniture, including washer and dryer from second floor. What really surprised me was that they had all the equipment to wrap my furniture, I really hadn't expected that for a $350 in town move. They start the stopwatch when the arrive, and stop it when they're done. Moved everything to where we wanted it. I kind of hurried things along to make sure we came in under time, but they would have unpacked and assembled everything if I wanted them to. Would recommend.

Total Pros! Very respectful, very quick. We will be hiring them to move all of our off site storage to our home in addition to moving some pieces into our second home. Highly recommend this service. Chuck the owner is a doll.

Everything went better than I expected. Chuck and his BIL did my move and were careful to not damage anything for the move. Attitude and performance were excellent. Owner knows what he is doing. I did not ask but he clearly has significant experience in moving things and has started a small business to provide a level of service you do not normally get from the larger companies. Even though the time went over the estimate due to issues at my daughter's house beyond his control, he did not request more money. I paid him extra due to the great service.

The movers arrived at the time promised and were very cordial, introducing themselves and were very upbeat in their demeanor. I was made to feel at ease with them and did not worry about anything. They were very professional, introducing themselves individually . . . there were four gentlemen all dressed in uniforms with the company's logo on their shirts. Their start time was recorded pointing this out to me and their completion time was noted, as well, so as to make sure I was being charged accordingly as to what had been explained to me on the initial walk-thru with Mr. Moore. I was very satisfied with their workmanship and the way they were so meticulous with the moving of my furniture. If I need moving service again be assured I will give them a call. Norma Woodley

The movers called to let us know they were on their way in the morning as planned. They arrived on-time, worked very hard handling some heavy furniture. They were very polite and personable. We felt very comfortable when them in our home and were very pleased with the 3 gentlemen who performed our move.

Very satisfied working with Chuck and his movers. They arrived on time and were professional and focused. They worked efficiently and did not stall around like most movers I have used in the past. I have moved 9 times in 13 years and used most of the "brand named" movers in/around town. Chuck will be the mover I call back for future moves.

Service providers arrived right on time after Chuck called to confirm that they were on their way. The two men worked quickly and efficiently to do their job, and they were very polite and pleasant as they did their work. They drove the 70 miles to the delivery location and again worked quickly and efficiently. They were very professional in their behavior at all times. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time, very friendly and did an assessment of the size of the job. Once they had the work divided out they were very efficient on moving everything. I appreciated their concern with the furniture and the wood floor. I had a ton of boxes some of which were going to the storage and others that were staying in the apartment. They were careful to make sure they did not confuse where everything went. I have a bed that is a pain to take apart and then put back together, Chuck was great at getting it down and back up. The same with the mattress for the bed which is VERY heavy, the guys got it moved and helped me rearrange it. :) They did a great job for me, highly recommend Chuck and I will be using them on my next move!

We were very pleased with the services from Chuck's. We had three movers and all were very polite and personable. They arrived on time and worked quickly without compromising quality. They were careful to show us when they started the clock and when they stopped and restarted for breaks. This made us feel confident that they were honest about the time the move took and careful not to over charge us. We have used other companies in the past and have never seen anyone take such care of our belongs. They even offered a few tips on how to transfer items we were hauling in our cars to keep them safe. I highly recommend Chuck's Moving and Delivery Service and will definitely use them again!

Overall we were very satisfied with them. They did a great job and no damage was done to anything they moved. We moved on a very hot day, and they worked very hard moving us across town.

chuck was great to work with. he is very responsive, polite, professional, and hard working. his staff followed suit to his lead and did a great job. they were meticulous about wrapping all of our furniture with great detail. they were friendly and definitely did a great job. we had some very heavy items that they were able to manage without damaging them. i would definitely hire Chuck again for any future moves!!!

We've used them twice and were happier the first time as the crew seemed less experienced the second time. They all seemed to know what they were doing and the person in charge knew how to angle things. There were additional costs for wrapping items. They offered to repairs any bumps and scrapes to the walls. Scheduling was fine and the price seemed reasonable. He called us the night before to confirm. Their professionalism was an A+.

They arrived and went right to work. It was very hot that day but they worked quickly and efficiently. They work for 7 hours and stopped the clock for any breaks they took. When we got everything to the house, they let me tell them where each box should go and they took it there. I moved to a two story house so it saved me a lot of work if I had to do it myself. They even tried to hook up washer and dryer but I had wrong plug and missing a washer on hoses but they tried. They set up my beds and helped me place my furniture the way I wanted it. Chuck came out and looked at what I had before hand and even though it was hard to tell actually how long it would take, he gave me a ballpark to expect. He and his wife were professional and so were his workers. I must say we had an interesting time with a mouse on the loose in the storage locker! Funny! I would recommend them to my friends.
