Description of Work: 2 trucks and 4 men went to our unit in Peachtree city to Fayetteville for additional pick up final destination Buford ga, a lot of work, got it done, Chuck and his wife ( owners) met us in Buford ga for unloading until it was completed, very careful with all our possessions, overseen the whole move via phone then in person, very professionaI used them again, great get it done additive

Description of Work: Their work ethic was fantastic. They were organized, energetic and very capable. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Description of Work: We asked for a 4-men crew and got 3-men, one being no-show, according to the leader of the crew, and no replacement available. We were charged for 3-men crew, but the job was too big for 3. Guys worked hard but ran out of energy mid-way, due to being short-handed, and started making mistakes - broke a few things, and took the entire day to move 2bdr condo, running up the bill. Fourth person would have made a lot of difference. When we attempted to recover damages for broken stuff, we had to be very persistent and had to stay on the phone with the owner for over an hour after the very long day. We got the compensation in the end, but the whole experience was a let-down.

Description of Work: We moved a three bedroom house and a storage room to a new house. Chuck's guys were punctual and worked hard the whole time even though the work lasted two hours longer than we estimated. That wasn't due to their lack of effort though, it was due to poor estimating on our part. But we were very happy with the movers and would use them again.

Description of Work: This was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had (and I've had more than my share). I had a great moving crew that was efficient, careful, and friendly. I was moving from a 2BR apartment (temp living)to a single family residence that I purchased and renovated. Jonathan was a particularly good crew chief, and the others on his team were professional and courteous. They made an otherwise stressful event easy. |I had overestimated the time needed to move my stuff and Chuck gave me a nice price break on the estimate, which I immediately passed on to his crew. Thanks for a great experience. I would use Chuck again in a heartbeat and I urge other Angie's list members to do the same.

Description of Work: Spoke with someone to schedule move. Received email after 10pm looking to reschedule which I told them I could not do it on a Tuesday. Didn't get a response until around midnight again that night...so took way to long to find out they could not help. Should have known that when it was supposedly scheduled via telephone on day one. Wasted time.

Description of Work: They did an entire house move. Even with our difficulties they did a great job

Description of Work: They moved our entire house without any damage to the walls, stairs, new stained concrete flooring or the new hardwood floors. They did such a superb job that there was time left over. They even moved a refrigerator packed full of food so well that the eggs didn't even break! I was so impressed. They were so very helpful and absolutely professional. They arrived early and was the most knowledgeable crew that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They arrived on time, were very professional , and worked quickly and efficiently. They performed extra tasks I asked of them with a smile and a cheerful attitude. They were a delight to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I was moving out of my small apt and bought the Angie's list deal for Chuck's moving services, 3hrs with 3 movers. I felt like this was going to be plenty of time since I didn't have that much to move and I wasn't moving far. Since I was out of town, leading up to my move, we weren't able to conduct a walk through, which in hindsight would have probably helped me manage expectations with the length of time and additional money they would charge. One strike was the moving crew was over an hour late getting to my place, even though I had emailed and recieved confirmation for the start time. The moving crew was exceptional though. Very professional and hard workers. I wish there could have been some more hustle because I'm pretty sure we could have had my move completed in 3 hours, not the 4.25hrs it actually ended up taking. So for future customers I just warn you that your move will probably take longer than you are thinking it will. I hope this helps.
