Description of Work: Chucks Moving did a premove estimate and came out and viewed all of our belonings and told us that we would need a 26 ft. truck,three movers, and eight hours. They arrived late, complained repeatedly about the amount of belongings that we had (even though they had viewed these same items during the estimate) and the size of what we had. They took many unsolicited breaks and were unprofessional. Many high ticket items were left behind including specialty bikes, our lawn equipment, and electronics due to lack of space on the truck. They made alterations such as taking doors off and scraping our walls and banisters with the furniture. They made long phone calls during which no work was done. We ended up making five car trips in our personal vehicle to finish the move that was not done correctly by Chuck's. The eight hour job morphed into 10 and at the conclusion of 10 hours several truck loads worth of our belongings were still at our old residence.

Description of Work: If you ever need some help in packing your stuff, don't look anywhere else! The group of ladies was professional, fast and hard working! Thank you for all you done. Very pleased with help my family received from Chuck's company. Call them and get help!

Description of Work: The movers were nice but they moved soooooo sloooooow! We got the Angie's deal for 2 movers for 3 hours for $275. It took the two guys 2 hours to wrap the furniture. We were moving out of a tiny town house in which we packed everything up our selves. We thought it would take them 30 mins at the most to pack up our stuff in the truck. So needless to say, after two hours of just wrapping furniture, we went waaaay over the time allotment and paid a lot more than we wanted/expected.

Description of Work: They were punctual and very courteous. They called ahead of time and also stopped by the house a couple of days before the move to check to see if there were any areas needing to be addressed before the move. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They moved our household goods from a storage unit to our new home. They did a very good job, they were very helpful, polite and professional. We would hire them again

Description of Work: Moving refrigerator somehow caused leak in water line but they refused to accept responsibility for it.

Description of Work: They moved big and small Furniture, many boxes, refrigerator and washer and dryer. They were very professional, courteous, wrapped up everything, didn't take any long brakes. Disassembled and then assembled back my bedroom set. I even recommended them to a coworker and she was extremely satisfied also. I hope I won't have to move ever again, but If I do, I will definitely use only them.

Description of Work: Loved, loved, loved them! |Would definitely use them again. Chuck was patient with me as I had to |change my moving date and treated my belongings as though they were his own. Very professional! He and his staff go over and above!

Description of Work: Outstanding in every aspect of the move. Moved a 10,000 square foot house over a period of 3 days. Chuck is top notch, he sets the bar for his team very high. Very professional crew, will use them again in the future with no hesitation.

Description of Work: First, I apologize for the delay feedback. Chuck's was fantastic yet again. After using them in June for the household move, we used them to get the contents of the storage unit. They met me at the unit in Duluth, GA on time at 9:45 am. Unloaded the 5 x 10 ft 3rd floor unit, transported it to Dahlonega, GA (about an 1hr 15 min away) and unloaded to our basement in less than 2 1/2 hours. We didn't need these boxes dropped off in rooms, just the basement. Nothing was damaged or broken and they were super professional. I don't plan on a move any time soon, but I HIGHLY recommend this great crew to anyone!
