I had to reschedule the move three different times. They were very cooperative about rescheduling and arrived on time. They were very careful. Wrapped every piece of art, lamps and other fragile items. The desk was so large that they had to take it apart. When the removed the top of the desk, it was too flimsy to move so they reinforced it to protect it. They reassembled it in the new location. The move into the upstairs of my residence was tricky. (Narrow stairs) They accomplished the move without a scratch and even touched up some scratches that were already on the furniture. I received a call shortly after they left to verify that I was satisfied. I would call these folks first if I needed help moving anything.

The service was great. The movers were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Not only did they move / assemble our new furniture, but they also moved our old furniture to another room.

Everything went great! Chuck & his helper(sorry, I forgot his name) were polite, punctual & did the job we needed done quickly & efficiently. They were great & I would definitely recommend them & use them again. I give them an A+ or 5 stars!

I had an unexpected emergency and called Chuck for help with moving furniture. Chuck was able to accommodate me in the same day. Now where does that normally happen? He set the appropriate expectation with timing and continued to update me until he arrived. Chuck and his staff were amazing. They immediately came in and went straight to work. It was only 2 of them and they moved 3 rooms of furniture in less than 2 hrs. They were extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and plan to do so for several upcoming projects. These guys are awesome!!!

Chuck came out to my house to give me his quote and I just knew immediately that this was someone I could trust. I had spoken with another big name mover beforehand and was given an outrageous quote and this company really only wanted my business with customer service definitely lacking. Chuck's quote was close to $400 cheaper and his explanations of his services actually included more services than the other company. On moving day, they showed up promptly, with one man short due to a family emergency. Chuck was at my house with his replacement within an hour. His men came, did a walk thru, determined what they needed to do and immediately got to work. His men were very professional, respectful of me a woman in her 60s and totally congenial in every way. They had my house packed in 3 hrs and just took a short break to grab their lunch on the way to the destination house. Once they arrived, we had a car in the carport with a bad alternator that they gladly pushed to the side and started unloading the truck. They helped us move furniture around and even out of the house to be donated to charity. After all of that, when he gave me the balance of what I owed, all I could say was "is that all"? They had the truck unloaded and all the other things they did w/in 3 hours as well. I cannot say enough good things about Chuck's Delivery. This was by far the best moving experience of my life. Chuck's Delivery deserves an A+ rating and I would recommend them highly.

Great guys. Very nice and worked quickly. They even agreed to stopping at Goodwill to drop off a donation of a dining table!

These guys were great. They had great senses of humor, were wonderful to work with, and took great care of my furniture. They worked non-stop, which I greatly appreciated since I paid by the hour. Would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

I called them on Wednesday, and the owner (Chuck) returned my call within a half hour. Of importance was they were available to move my son on that Friday morning. There was a minimum $250 charge (2 hrs), and no extra charge for travel to the job-site. Chuck and a helper arrived within the scheduled 9 to 10 AM time as promised. They wrapped and taped the bedroom furniture in plastic before loading it. Although their policy was to wrap all the stuff, I told them not to waste time wrapping the kitchen items as they were old and already scratched. The entire time from gathering the furniture and loading the truck to delivering and setting up the furniture was 2.5 hours, better than I expected. Chuck was professional, speedy, and did an excellent job. I would gladly use them again.

Chuck and his staff were very friendly, polite and courteous. He returned my phone call immediately, and came out the next working day to give me an estimate. He showed up at the designated time, ready to work. They worked in the hot and humid weather with hardly not breaks to make sure they finished job in a timely matter. He made sure to wrap our furniture and belongings to prevent damage. We definitely will be using Chuck the next time we move. We highly recommend him for all your moving needs.

We called Chuck when our other mover didn't show and didn't call. Chuck was very understanding and was able to help us out that same day! He disconnected, moved, and reconnected two large upright washer and dryer. He noticed the faucet was leaking and told us not to use the washer until we had it looked at. We also called Chuck to help us finish moving with some large items we couldn't move ourselves. He showed up with a three man moving crew and the job was done in 2 hours. Great guys, great service!

We hired Chucks Delivery to help us to pick up and move in a refrigerator and move out an old one. He was very accommodating and cautious in making sure there was no damage to the fridge or the doors and walls. Great folks and great service!

Chuck's Delivery is the best moving company that I have ever used, and I have moved multiple times in North Carolina. They were extremely prompt even arriving 20 minutes early to make sure that they had everything that they would need to move me and my roommate. They were careful with all of our furniture and did not cause any damage to the townhouse. They worked extremely fast especially for just two men. They even took apart my bed and made sure the mattress/box spring was well wrapped for storage. The two men were very nice and polite; I enjoyed working with them both. I spent about a week calling different moving companies before finding Chuck's Delivery. All of the moving companies I spoke with in the Lawrenceville area cost $135-150 an hour with a 2-3 hour minimum not including a flat travel feel for at least $150 which was ridiculous. Chuck's Delivery did not have a travel fee and cost $120 an hour with a 2.5 hour minimum which was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Chuck's Delivery when I move out of storage and into an apartment this fall.

I contacted Chuck's Delivery to move an enormous armoire (5' X 5', several hundred pounds) from the garage to a bedroom on the third floor. As in medicine, the first rule of moving is First Do No Harm - to my walls, fixtures, banisters etc. My next thought is typically, is the crew as professional as the owner / appointment scheduler, or will I need security. To my relief, Chuck and his team are a class act; professional and punctual. The piece was move with forethought and precision. This is my go to moving company. They did a fantastic job.

They were very professional from start to finish. I was very pleased from the initial telephone call in providing information about their services, setting up a date to come to the home and the actual completion of the work. They were very careful with the furniture and did a very good job. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

We needed our living room furniture (all recliners) moved to our basement. I called a number of companies listed under the "movers" category. Chuck's Delivery was the most cost effective and insured. They arrived on time and quickly moved the furniture. They also helped us decide where to put the furniture in the finished basement. They were very helpful and polite. Will use them again in the future.

They were very efficient, friendly, and had a fair price compared to others. They handled furniture gently. I have no complainants. They were very good.

Chuck met me at the storage unit and gave a fair price for the job. Within a couple of days, he completed the job on time and with no issues. He treated the items as i f they were his own was was careful to wrap the more delicate old pieces. Great job, I would definitely use this company again!

Chuck and his crew worked their schedule around to fit us in the next day since we were scheduled to be out of our lease home - and did so without charging us more money to do it! That is the customer service I miss from the 70s - the kind of customer service you expected. Chuck is OLD SCHOOL - He is a man of his word, he speaks to his employees with respect and they to him, NO cursing, no disrespectful dress or talk! The team handled our things with care - and they did so efficiently. They did not slowly mope around they got the job done without being reckless or making a mess. The guys were very professional and the attitude was fantastic! The job went longer than expected ONLY because WE asked them to stay and help move some things when they delivered the furniture. It was late, and past their workday. It would have been understandable for them to reschedule us, but they didn't. We feel so thankful that we called Chuck.

The move went great. Chuck and Byron arrived promptly at the first location and took gentle care with all of our items. They were friendly and courteous, and kept us informed throughout the move. They are obviously very knowledgeable about the business and I felt confident that my items would be well taken care of during transport. They were the perfect company to use for a small move over a short distance, and I would definitely them again if I had any moving or delivery needs in the future.

They gave a quote over the phone. They scheduled the pickup and delivery and kept me well informed as to when they expected to arrive and were very prompt. They looked at the room and carefully placed the items where they needed to go, making sure they were properly secured and centered. They were polite and very professional. I would definitely call them again.
