Chuck came out and walked through the house and then explained what would happen with the move. The crew was there moving day with a great attitude and did exactly what Chuck said would happen. They took great care to make sure no damage happened and it didn't. No damage to either house or any of the furniture.

Defunct company (Archivers) changed opening time and they worked with me to get other things done.

The movers were very prompt and polite. They handled the furniture carefully taking time to wrap each piece and were great at taking apart desks and rebuilding them. They were also very quick, I had purchased a 3 hour deal and they finished in a little over 2 hours. I was very pleased how easy they made the move and I would definitely use them again. They were also very quick and precise in scheduling my move.

Chuck was on time, very professional,careful with the furniture, a work at a great pace.

They did outstanding, they were terrific. They were very workable. I have to change my office two or three times and worked with me there. The guys were very polite, they're very careful with my stuff and they work hard. They were excellent.

Overall very pleased with service and quality. Did take a bit longer than I expected but I am not a frequent mover so wasn't sure what to expect. The guys were professional and friendly.

I called for a quote for moving. They were professional when answering the phone and provided the information we needed. We decided to do it all ourselves to save, so we did not use them.

Called Chuck approximately 4 weeks prior to our move. He responded almost immediately. He wanted to come to my home to estimate the cost, which I appreciated. Another mover just gave the quote over the phone, site unseen. He was exactly on time with all the paper work that would be necessary to sign just in case we decided to use them. I was impressed with his professionalism and at the same time his kind demeanor. After discussing the details with my husband and comparing costs, Chuck's was $100 less per hour, we signed a contract with Chuck. When it was close to moving day we had to postpone it another week and Chuck said it was no problem. From start to finish our dealings with Chuck and his crew were outstanding. It took a total of 16 hours (two days) to move all our items and 4 truck loads, including our very precious dining room set that had to be removed from crates. My husband and I have moved 8 times in the last 30 years and have seen every level of moving mishaps. In this move with Chuck the ONLY blemish was a very small mark on our wall in a tight corner of the house! Byron was the crew chief, and he and his crew were very attentive to our requests and were careful with wrapping and transporting everything. They were on time every day and only took a lunch break with maybe 5 minute breaks for water during the day. They worked all the time. Nothing was broken or damaged and everyone was very polite and friendly. In a heart beat I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Chuck, Byron and the rest of the crew for making this part of our move so easy!

Chuck and his employee came late in the day. They went right to work moving the treadmill. Before they left they insisted I get on the treadmill to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. I appreciated their attitude to make sure my expectations were met.

The team was on time and they took many extra steps to ensure my furniture was protected from rips etc. as they took it down a flight of stairs. I really appreciate how much they cared for my furniture and I am using them for a second job!

Chuck and his guys were very professional and did a great job of wrapping all of my valuable prior to moving. They were on time and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process.

First we met at a storage unit where the men loaded furniture and other items onto the truck. They were very careful with everything, using plastic wrap and furniture protectors wherever needed. Once the items were on the truck, they were placed and packed so they would not fall over or slide around. Then we went to the house I am moving out of and loaded some additional furniture. Next we drove to the house I am moving into and they unloaded everything and placed it where I indicated. The three men were friendly, enthusiastic about their work and i really appreciated them!

Chuck and team showed up on time for all appointments; my belongings were carefully packed and my move went without a single hiccup. My move incluced two large wine coolers and a pool table, plus many fragile items which were handled with the greatest of care.

I was moving to a different state trying to save money on a move, so I rented a 24 foot truck and loaded it with some help from some friends. I hired Chuck's service to unload the truck completely. The two guys that came to my home were a bit late to the appointment, but they had a morning move that took more time. Once they arrived they got to work and were very efficient. I wouldn't say me and my friends loaded the truck in an optimal way, so the movers did have a chore getting everything out without tearing anything up. The town-home I moved into was not easy to get large items into; the stairs are narrow and my desk and washer/dryer had to go upstairs. I would have never gotten either of them up the stairs without breaking something, but somehow they pulled it off. In the end, I was very happy with the service and the price I paid. I would use them again if/when I need to move.

I contracted for 4 men and 2 trucks for a Saturday move which had to be postponed due to my house closing not happening on time. Chuck was very understanding and was able to reschedule for Tuesday. I actually had a "meltdown" on getting prepared for this move which was very emotional for me, as I was leaving a house I had been in for 25 years. and Chuck his wife were there for support. I'm telling you I could not have done this without them. They showed up on Tuesday on time, ready to work and never stopped untill everything was loaded up and off we went from Stone Mountain to Woodstock. These men were fabulous. They were like the Energizer Bunny - they kept going until everything was done without a break or even a sigh. Chuck was there orchestrating the move and I could tell everyone had a lot of respect for this man. They were willing to move my furniture around several different ways and different rooms trying to make everything fit and they helped me analyze where to put sofas and beds to maximize the available space. They were wonderful. We did a final walk thru to make sure I was happy with everything. I have finally unpacked everything and I want to report that there was not not one broken item, no scratches or dents on any furniture. Nothing missing. My hardwood floors didn't incur any scratches and walls were not harmed in any way. I have truly been blessed to have found this company and would highly recommend them. Very smooth move. Phillips and PJ were excellent and did a great job. I felt they were a little slow but its understandable that walking 2 floors so many times without any complaints is hard. Both were soft spoken and did everything we requested for. Truck fell short to take everything we had but that was okay. overall great service. Pricey but again because job was well executed so okay.

Chuck got back with me in a timely fashion after I left a message on his voicemail. His phone manner was courteous and professional and his subsequent communications (through email and phone calls) were numerous and timely as well. We set up a date for the move-in, with the flexibility of changing it if the trailer arrived a day early. It arrived early, and Chuck managed to send movers that afternoon. The movers were careful with our furniture pieces and they expertly put together the beds. They cheerfully unloaded lots and lots of boxes, and they made countless trips up and down stairs. They were the best piano movers I've ever employed. The two hard-working men accomplished the job in three hours, making an effort to finish in time for the ABF driver to pick up the unloaded trailer the same afternoon. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a professional service for a good price. They definitely met my husband's and my expectations.

Most Professional And Competent Mover I've ever Used

Mr. Moore called back promptly and met with me the same day. He walked thru the unit with me and we listed the things to be moved. He was professional about explaining my options and rights under Ga code. The contract was straight forward and covered the necessities. This was Thursday. He was able to schedule us for Saturday morning which was important as we only had unitl Saturday evening to vacate. His people showed up as scheduled, with what they needed, and moved her quickly. They were careful of both the stuff being moved and the apartment walls and trim. They were very pleasant and helpful with fitting the stuff into the storage unit. They finished well within the contracted time. Thumbs up from all three of us involved for Mr. Moore and his people. When daughter moves out of the house again we will definitely call Mr. Moore for assistance.

He did a great job and was very pleasant.

They also knocked some hardware off of an antique cabinet and would not admit to it and the hardware disappeared.
