Fred did my quote - showed up on time and was very helpful and friendly. His quote came in $200 more than his competitor (also listed on Angie's list,) and he matched. 3 man team showed up at 8:30 on day promised, and worked very quickly - but talked me through some very good design changes. Hit a sprinkler line and drainage pipe, but repaired both within 30 minutes. Came up just short on fencing, but refused to cut corners with leftovers - went to get the right piece to finish the job. Back yard completely fenced, nicely finished with top quality mag-locks. My dog is suicidal, but I'm very pleased.

Company was very responsive and cooperative. They were very nice even though I went with another company because the estimate was lower, I would contact them again if the need arose.

The installer took his time in measuring the area and cutting the wood. The finished product was very professional in appearance and very well constructed. The installer was very careful around the garden area in avoiding damage to the plants. The result was exactly what we wanted.

I had an old and delapidated fence which needed to be replaced. Accurate was one of the 3 companies that I called to get a quote (2 from Angie's List and the other from elsewhere). Accurate gave the best price as far as removal of the old fence and replacing the new fence. I expected them around 2pm but they showed up around 4:45pm. I was pleased with the overall job that was done, however they did not do a thorough job of cleaning up. In their defense by the time they were finished it was very dark outside and not enough light to clean up. They wanted me to tell them after they were done if I thought everything looked good but I was unable to do that because I could not see the finished product until the next day. I ended up doing the remaining of the clean up the next day as I saw pieces of broken fence, paper and the empty nail gun cartridge in my yard as well as in parts of my neighbors yards. Other than those things the fence looks very good I have no complaints other wise.

The project went very well overall . The crew worked diligently and the finished product is beautiful. The only glitch occurred when I notice that the label on the pickets did not have the same warranty time frame against rot and termite damage that the other components had and the pickets should have had the same warranty according to the contract. I contacted the Accurate Fence salesman, who put me in touch with the wood treatment supplier, who the communicated with the Accurate Fence owner who gave me a written warranty on the pickets that is equivalent to the other components the same day.

We thought the sales person, Bill was professional. it really came down to cost and the details of the job the sales rep shared or didn't share with us.

They were very clean, prompt, and they delivered what they promised to do. They were friendly. Our yard was left very neat, with no dirt or mess that you normally would find.

Barbara came out to measure and give me an estimate. I have a lot of elevation changes and rocks in the back and she didn't seem to want to have to deal with that. Her estimate was almost $400 more than the others I got and that was with less of the yard fenced in. She was very nice and professional but I was not happy with the estimate.

They began the project on one afternoon and finished it the next day- that was ok with me. You may want to make extra effort to communicate with the supervisor if he leaves premises, to be clear on his return, just so you know what to expect. Workers were courteous in manner although 2 out of 3 did not speak English. Work went well - great quality work - highly recommend.

The work turned out very well. The fence was built in an hour and a half. The workers really knew what they were doing. We were very happy with the results.

This was an unhappy experience. First, I called another fence builder who came out promptly and did a fabulous job within a week. On the morning of the day that Accurate was supposed to come out late that afternoon to do the estimate, I called them at 7:49 that morning and left a detailed message, with the correct person's extension, that I did not need the service. Since I am a teacher, I did not have my phone on again until school was out, still an hour before the agreed-on meeting time. However, I found an angry message from a man I believe is the owner, chewing me out for letting them send out a man and "spending $50 on gas" to get there without even letting them know. Apparently they sent a guy out earlier than we had agreed on without checking with their own staff or confirming with me. He left his name and number, and I called back promptly. I left a message stating that I would deserve such a lambasting, except that I had called bright and early that day before the work day began, and that the flaw was in their internal communication. If I had received a call of apology, I would not be writing here, but I did not. Such customer practices are major turnoffs, to say the least. Further, their phone estimate was over $100 higher than the guy's who did the job very quickly.

It went great. They had a lower price than my other estimates, even though it rained they got the job done fast and stayed until it was complete.

The sales guy Earl was really nice and responsive. Although we slightly increased our footage for the fence he still gave us the same good quotation. Also their work team was nice and fast. Quality of the work performed was ok and we don't have any complaints so far. The only point that would have topped our expectations would have been, if we did not have to cut the weed before they came (we have a step slope with a lot of weed). They would have probably done it for a fee but we did not want to spend the money.

The job started on time and was completed the same day.We were satisfied with the results.

Presentation was weak. I went with another company not on Angie's List. Prices were pretty close but the presentation was much better. Accurate may do just fine for you, I just had a better gut feeling. My fence was completed 9/2/10 and I am very happy with the results.

Estimator arrive , on time for the estimate, and gave us a few choices of handrail. Price was the same for all choices. he immediately gave a price. Installation and fabrication crew of 3 showed up on time as planned today. Removed and disposed of old handrail. fabricated and installed new handrail, patched existing holes in concrete, and cleaned up front porch and new handrail. Excellent work.

They were fairly good, but we did not go with them. Their quoted us between $2000 and $2500. They seemed fine and I had no problems with them. They were good with responsiveness.

They were absolutely fine, but their price wasn?t the best. Another company beat their price and we went with that other company. Accurate Fence Co.?s price was $2000 more than the price I got from the other company. I didn?t have any problems with them, though.

We didn?t use them and decided to wait. We had actually gotten three quotes. They were fine on all aspects and came out as promised. We didn?t have any issues with their quoting at all.

It went extremely well. The crew was very hardworking and the crew leader was professional.

I am very pleased with the companies response time. They came out right away and the crew is very nice to work with. The guys explained and showed me in detail the work that needed to be done. They also kept me informed of any glitches that came up. All in all they did a terrific job with the work and cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend this company because they do grade A work.
