Service is okay. Basically you get what you pay for. The people that run the company are great, but the crews that come out and do the work are wildly inconsistent. They'll trim some bushes and completely miss others, same for removing weeds and dead plants. If you're looking for a cheap service to cut your grass, they're great option. Anything more then that you should consider other options. My advice to them would be pay closer attention to the work that's being done by done your employees. They want to get in and out as quickly as possible, and the overall quality suffers.

They have done a half way job moat of the times they have come, even after i told the Office, and asked the crew to do specific things they were not done.

Okay, was not present and therefore did not cover areas of most importance to me

My wife was home at the time of the service and said that 1 guy did all the clearing and 3 were cleaning up/ bagging the debris. This leads me to wonder what the 3 cleaners were doing until there was enough for all 3 to start filling bags. The job was not completed and I feel the crew could have been much more efficient. They also got the amount of time wrong and left without saying anything, so I had to call the office and get the crew back out to finish the work without so much as an apology for the confusion.

I thought they did a great job. They were busy constantly and very compliant; took care of all my requests without any question.

As always with THS, all I had to do was tell Brian what I needed done and he made it happen! Thanks as always!

Front yard is out of control and I really needed help. First I hire them for six hours and they did a great job. Of course that was not enough to keep the weeds at bay so I have purchased the $999 annual contract. Today was the first day of the contract they were out on time and did a great job.

They arrived a little late, but they did a good job.

Had two great previous experiences but this last time, very disappointed as to the amount of work completed. Due to the past experience, was not present when they came by but after sending before and after pictures of the work to the owner, was surprised that I never received a follow up on my experience. Unfortunately they have lost a repeat client.

Fantastic. Would highly recommend this company. Not only is their work excellent but they treat us with a professionalism and respect that I enjoy. My wife is very shy. They get her to react positivley and leave me confident that I dont have to doubt anything they do.

So far it is barely barely okay. The company they told me they would come but never showed up. When they did come, they left early. There has been a couple of issues and I am not that happy. I talked to the manager of the company. He seems to be willing to improve. I am still waiting to see how much they can improve in the next few times. Generally, I don't give them high marks. Just barely barely okay. I was home with them and that is why it was okay. If I was not home. they did a pitiful job, if I were not home. The price is okay. Otherwise, I won't buy it. I have not decided if I will use them. I am still watching them to see if they improve.

I would use them again only if it was a deal like this. They're fine for small jobs like this. I don't think they're equiped to do on going maintenance. Most of their equipment is not really commercial grade. It's like somebody using their own lawn mower, it takes a little longer to do the work than somebody that has a riding mower.

I have already reviewed THS (multiple times) but will repeat that I am very satisfied with THS and now rely on them monthly to keep my wooded yard from taking over! I have recommended them to one friend already and she is also extremely happy with THS!

They did a fantastic job 4 workers for a hour,and a half got alot accomplished all beds cleaned out shrubs trimmed plants done around mailbox very professional highly recommended have already hired them again

It didn't and it won't. I am shocked that a company wants you to prepay for a package prior to even seeing the property. Lazy

They did a fantastic job. Removed weeds, branches, packed everything up and put the bags to the curb for pickup.

The team was very professional, cordial and punctual. They did an overall good job but left basic things behind like leaves on the ground after trimming bushes and did not blow the leaves from visible areas in the front and back yard.

I was unavailable to check their work when they left due to work responsibilities. Afterwards I checked and they actually left debris on the ground and the job was not completed. It was a great price but I won't go with their company again.

They are awesome. They work like robots, they are fast. All the leaves were just gone. I was so impressed. I was flabbergasted. It was two guys, so that was three hours they worked. I thought, no way in the world, but, one started on one end, and one started on the other and they just flew. I would like to say just how professional they are. I am going to hire them back in the fall, to come in and do some trimming for me. I will definitely use them again. They were cordial, and answered a lot of questions for me. I'm going to bring them back in October or November, to get all of the trees, there is like a gazillion of them. He is going to prune everything for me. I'll be looking out for that big deal, I hope they offer another one, that would be awesome.

The work they did was good. I did notice that one of the workers was there more as a leader, than to do the actual work. I thought that they would get a little more work done, but what they did get done was very good.

Love these guys, they do great job.
