 + 0 moreI called Brian on a Thursday. He was available that Saturday promptly at our time set for 1:00 pm. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He began work on the issue promptly, climbing into a crawl space in the attic within 15 minutes of arriving. he spotted the issue rather quickly. I'd say no more than 15 minutes. He then patched up and painted the area of my ceiling to where I can't even tell. I would use him again and will refer to him to anyone. My friend that referred him to me swears he can fix anything. I really like him. He doesn't do a lot of small talk and gets right to the task. A+ if you ask me.
Description of Work: I had a leak stain show up on my ceiling and wanted to see if l had an issue with a leak. I was referred to Brian by a friend. He came and checked out and repaired the leak then repainted the area of the ceiling.
