It was the best experience that I have ever had with a locksmith. They showed up when scheduled, did the work quickly, and for a reasonable price. They were even willing to explain to me why I repeatedly keep having problems with one of the locks, and why the door would need to be replaced. I never plan to use any company other than them.

he rekeyed 3-4 doors supplied no locks. on recall to do more work accepted job then didnt show up

I stopped at a local business for several minutes and came out to find that the battery in my car was dead. The key was stuck in the ignition and had run down the battery in just the short time I was inside. I became locked out of my vehicle after trying to get it started and finding out my battery was dead. Since the key was stuck in the ignition, I must have touched the button on the key to lock the car when I got out to talk to my husband. My purse, with the other key, was still inside the car. My husband drove us home in order for me to research Angie's List for a locksmith. It was late in the afternoon and there were a couple of businesses who had just closed. I called TC Locksmith and received immediate service. He drove from Acworth to Canton to help me. He arrived quickly and efficiently opened the car door so that I could get my purse out. He even tried to help start the car. I was so happy with the quick service provided to get the car opened so we could move to the next item to solve!

When I purchased the Big Deal I had a lock that I wanted a key made for, but I ended up finding the key to the lock. He has been so great. He called right after I bought Big Deal and he has been very attentive. He has called me three three times to double check that I'm good..

Contact was made with provider and the job was discussed. The amount paid up front was for a service call only. I was unaware of this, a misunderstanding on my part. The total job was discussed and was more than I was wanting to pay. I would not use this provider in the future as he was abrupt and made me feel stupid that I thought he would actually do any work for $19.99.

They had an unexpected problem, and handled it well with no change in their quoted price. I'm very happy with their performance.

It would have been nice to provide one key for all locks instead on a different key for each door / lock.

We are a new community and our location is not on most GPS or maps. The Gentleman was most patient in locating our address. When he arrived he was very friendly and went directly to work. We had purchased an Angie 's List special which was honored. My husband and I were very pleased and if needed we will use T.C. Locksmith again.

Great experience. While he was running late due to traffic, he called ahead to say he would be late. He did the work quickly and did a great job!

Re-keyed 3 locks and corrected/drilled deadbolt hole. Also provided information on better locks that we might consider in the future. Overall great service at a good price

I created the problem because I could not find the key to open one of my locks that I wanted intstalled. He rekeyed the lock I could open in short order and spent extra time opening the other lock so that I could use it. He then installed it for me. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he could not have been more courteous. I so pleased with his work and pleased with the fact that I have found a responsive, reasonable locksmith near my home.

They called back very quickly once I purchased the offer/ Although they were very late for the appointment the locksmith communicated with me well and I agreed it was OK to come later in the day. Once here he did a great job and even fixed one of the screws for me that was not seated. Based on the price and response time I would give him an A overall

We had a great experience with TC Locksmith. Walt was very easy to work with to get our new home updated with new locks and keys. He was able to honor my request for a specific key type and made sure to call ahead to confirm he was on the way. He took his time and did not rush through the service and even did an inspection of our doors and locks to let us know the quality of our security in the new home. He had a couple of security recommendations but did not pressure us at all to have him do the recommended work. We are very pleased and would recommend his service to anyone.
