It went great. He called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and knocked out the work like a true professional. He even made recommendations on other security measures, not necessarily in purview, that we could also make.

Rekeyed all the locks on our new home and provided some good tips on improving the security of our home. OVerall I was very impressed with him.

He was excellent at communication and status updates, very thorough in his process, and offered great advice and suggestions for other locks/security options. I'll definitely contact this provider again when I need a locksmith.

Locksmith was friendly and professional. The choice of locks was not the worse nor the above average.

Contacted via Angie's List on a Sunday and received an appointment for that Tuesday. TC Locksmith showed up on time, diagnosed the door lock installation problem, repaired it and tested everything as fully functional before completing the job. Paid by check at the end of the job.

I was thrilled that he could come within an hour to let me in because I was on his way home from his last job of the day (around 4:00). On the other hand, I was on his way home, and I felt like $100 for a 5 minute job (plus 15-20 minutes of extra travel time) was a little steep.

I had already tried everything I could do to get the door open,` it is an old privacy lock. I called the company, someone called me back in about an hour, I gave him the details and said that I saw they had a coupon for 33.00 for a service call and asked him a price of getting the door unlocked with or without changing the lock, and told him I got them off of Angies list.. He said it would be close to 100.00 with or without a change of the lock.I think that is pretty crazy, why is Angies list offering a 33.00 coupon for this company when they are still going to charge a 100.00 anyway it goes. I can just hire someone without the angies list coupon. Makes me not want to use coupons or companies like this again!. Horrible!/

They were prompt, on time, did a great a job, communicated well and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would recommend them to others.

The provider re-keyed and/or replaced 4 door locks around the house.

I had a discontinued mortise lock on the 20 yr old patio door that was not functioning properly. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the door (ouch!). Walt explained the expected costs and that he thought he could repair the lock. He was successful!! Personable, responsive and I would happily use his service again.

They were very prompt and professional, and they treated my mom (the resident at this property) with great courtesy and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them again for any lock or door work!

He ran into a little trouble at a previous job, but instead of rescheduling me, like most folks he stuck to hi scommitment and got me done that evening. He was very quick and we have had no issues with the locks.

It went well. It took him a while because the door was like a metal. He was able to put in all the locks. He was able to do the work the day after I purchased him but we had to spend more of the materials because he doesn't cover the materials we used. As far as I can tell, he was very patient when he installed it. He finished the job and he was very responsive but he was 30 minutes late.

We originally had three locks we wanted keyed, but the third door had a damaged knob, which needs to be replaced before it can be keyed properly. Very polite and professional.

It took a great deal longer than expected due to the older doors I had that had to be bored out to put in newer model locks.

Before starting cleared my confuse over what I was buying I assumed all hardware was going to be changed. He took the time to tell me How this was better I could keep the color and style of the house. replacement hardware would have been very expensive. After he got started he completed quickly and efficiently. He corrected the minor wear and tear that had occured over the years.

It went well and on schedule he really did everything in his power to provide excellent service.
